Staff were efficient and helpful. The room we had booked was a double suitable for smokers but I actually wanted a twin non smoking room and had no trouble in changing the booking. Room was clean and the facilities - swimming pool etc were also very good, clean and well managed. |

The fitness centre attached to the hotel was great. It was clean and the parking was also good. The price of snacks were a bit expensive. the carpet in the dinning room was quite grubby. Also there were not as many tv stations in our room than we thought there would be. |

Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient Breakfast not great, scrambled eggs like crumbled polystyrene and long cooked fried eggs swimming in fat. Croissants would be good |

The room was ok The prices - £15 for a pizza for dinner and a further £15 for breakfast. £10 to watch a film in the room. Just felt like a complete rip off when I had only spent £75 for the room. The price of the food in no way reflects the quality of the food in the hotel. |
