wi-fi isnt free!!!
Good location Clean Reasonably good facilities in room
Slightly shabby Outrageous to charge for wifi Abrupt receptionist Slamming of bedroom doors when there is no need for them to be fixed in such away as to allow this to happen!
excellent location, friendly staff and in quiet area.
first day i was in small room then i moved to wider room so some room are small
Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room, but very small
The bar was very poorly stocked for a hotel of this quality. No Prosecco for instance. Breakfast was not up to Holiday Inn standards. The coffee was stewed and horrible. Fried eggs were left to turn leather hard.
Called 3 times for directions-staff member hung up on 3rd call and my 2 attempts to co tact immediately after rang out.....
Best Holiday Inn I have stayed in,everything was perfect.the location was perfect for the West End,the room was clean, warm, with a very comfortable bed plus a great selection of tv channels.
We were upgraded to a family room, which was very spacious.
Wifi could be free
Walking distance to a lot of sights, restaurants and shops
A very poor room that were in need of renovation. A basic breakfast in sad location in the basement.
In need of decorating staff were very miserable
We paid extra for breakfast.... What a mistake the bacon and sausages were inedible. I have never put a negative comment on the Internet before but this was truly the worst breakfast I have ever had!
We've stayed in a few other small hotels in this area, but this Holiday Inn is a complete renovation and an excellent property. Hotel offers softer pillows too - wish I'd known - and lots of towels. Firm bed - suited me, not my wife.
Outside was somewhat noisy, but that's Central London, and thoughtless people exiting taxis loudly at night is an occupational hazard anywhere. Really, no dislikes. We didn't try the breakfast so can't comment.
Rooms are okay , but no view
Lobby of the hotel too small , restaurant has nothing to serve except few items , no internet you must pay for it , price of the room very very expensive.
Nothing at all actually. The bed was very uncomfortable indeed. The Internet was so expensive we did not bother. Also the hotel felt very shabby we really were no impressed.
Being a couple we were allocated a room with Twin beds & even after several requests no efforts were made to change the room or to join the beds. The hash brown were always over cooked.
Pleasant staff Room was very clean Nice décor in the lobby, bar and room. Good shower A few minutes walk from Oxford Street but on a quiet street
Cost and staff
Bathroom are basic and tired
Less than a 5 minute walk from Oxford street making it easy to access shops
A bit over priced but I suppose you are paying for the location
That is difficult I will leave this one other than the location of the hotel to Oxford Street was very good.
Hotel rooms were shabby in need of a good overall. Staff were helpful but not attentive. They were fine once you could get their attention for talking to other staff. Food in the restaurant was unimaginative, bland and boring.
Thee staff were vey helpful as far s they could be. The food and service was good.
The only accessible access was at the rear of the hotel down a very narrow pathway. The bed was hinged to the wall so that we could not use bed raisers. We had to park a long way from the hotel and driving was very difficult there because of the volume of traffic, one way streets, limited left and right turn restrictions.
Good size room - very clean
Sockets at dressing table didn't work properly. Having to move room as one first allocated was a double when we requested a twin
Location, very good staff and really good breakfast
noise from underground trains up to midnight
Staff were friendly and helpful
No information on hotel facilities available in room
Excellent location, comfortable bed, lg tv, a lot of Channels.
Very expensive, without breakfast and without wifi... You have to pay extra for everything here... Very thin walls, you can hear the neighbors talking... Bathroom a little bit old.
free wifi, amazing location, comfy bed
only way to charge my phone was through the TV's usb connection. unpleasant staff no minibar no wash cap very inconvenient pathway to the rooms- passed through like 3 heavy doors which is not comfortable at all while holding luggage or bags
Very comfy bed Less than 5 minutes from John Lewis
No free wifi
