Close to town and the shuttle bus into oxford !!
food was ok
Had no sleep on 2nd night due to rowdy children playing football in our corridor nearly all night. But we were compensated
Staff were excellent.
Spacious room, bathroom very clean, with lovely thick bath towels and plenty of space for clothes. Great location next to the park & ride site to get into the town centre
Bed was rather hard and the room was hot - turning down the air con didn't seem to work during the night
The staff were friendly and very helpful. It is in a convenient location for travelling and while some distance from central Oxford, it has a good bus link there. Ample parking. Good facilities and recommended for business travel.
Wifi in room is very expensive.
Excellent location. Spacious free parking with quick access to the Park & Ride into Oxford thus avoiding the exorbitant parking charges in Oxford. Everything works, including the free Wi-Fi in our executive room. We found the staff at every level unusually attentive, polite and enthusiastic. We had breakfast and an evening meal during our 4-day stay and it was all good. Even the fire evacuation was well handled. Strongly recommended
Staff very nice but problems with room not sorted
Rooms at side of building 100+ are very cold in winter - useless air con heating system. Not an easy walk from park and ride in terms of pavements!
Pay for Wifi? Come on, do you miss the mini bar income that much!
The hotel was clean and modern. The staff was efficient and polite. They gave us information as to how to get into the city. We could leave the car in the car park and take the bus into the city. It was only a 2min walk.
very good staff. Clean and comfortable rooms
I did not use the wifi because I feel that it is really expensive. I don't understand why they charge for this facility
Breakfast not brilliant except the pancake machine'!!! Such great fun
Quick access by public bus to city centre (10 minutes)
Great staff & Very Clean
The temperature in the Restaurant! Way warmer than anywhere else in the Hotel? Makes for uncomfortable eating.. No free Wifi unless your part of the IHG
Found the hotel very easy staff very friendly arrived early but room was ready room was very clean and warm swimming pool was a bonus would go again
wifi had to pay
Great customer service, easy to park. Well equiped gym and swimming pool.
Bar area lacked atmosphere in the evening.
The room was very nice. The staff at breakfast where excellent.
Nothing to comment on
The staff and the general atmosphere
Clean, comfortable & good facilities.
10 minutes drive from the city centre but we knew that when we booked it.
We appreciated the excellent buffet breakfast; and the free swimming pool was great, with no hidden charges. The room and beds were clean and comfortable. We slept well and ate well -- what more could you ask?
The paid wifi was ridiculously expensive. I guess we shouldn't complain about a free bus into Oxford, but with waiting and then loading people on, it was a good 30 to 40 minutes travel time, not the 10 minutes that another reviewer mentions.
Quiet, clean and great service. Pool is very nice and handy. Generally a great hassle free experience.
Beds not very comfortable. Need to talk to Premier inn for great beds. other than that, very clean and would go again.
We were really impressed by the friendliness of all the staff, the swimming pool was perfect.
We would have preferred to have 2 armchairs in the room, the one which was there looked smart, but was most uncomfortable to sit in.
Staff very helpful & friendly Excellent breakfast Super Spa & leisure facilities Very, very clean hotel Great Location Stay enjoyed by whole group of 12
On arrival staff who could hardly speak English stating we hadn't booked despite giving her copy of booking and then mobile with e mail. She didn't appear to know what she was doing , then she questioned rate that room was booked at . Eventually given room but our stay was not ever registered and we were questioned each morning at breakfast as our booking still didn't show. At check out given bill for double amount as our original booking was still not shown so again had to produce paperwork, when I got home had been charged for stay on two different credit cards so had to call hotel again to sort out. We got two free drinks for all the trouble. Wasted time on our stay twice then follow up after we left , very very poor and staff didn't seem that bothered not what you expect from holiday inn and by far the worst stay in Oxford we have had , ther tried to say this was exception but when we arrived a couple of workman had exactly same issue as us and they had to go elsewhere as they couldn't afford the rooms left despite booking ahead with the hotel.
