Welcoming, comfortable, very well located, easy to find by road, adjacent to Park & Ride. Breakfast arrangements very good in all respects.

Guests talking loudly outside main entrance (and below our room) at one A.M. Was about to call reception when all went quiet but do wonder if night staff were aware but didn't think to do anything.

Good hotel with excellent position for attraction in and out of oxford. Good parking and close park and ride transport to the very busy city centre at minimal cost. Friendly , polite helpful staff. Good food and an excellent choice of menus.

Good size room. Comfortable lounges. Excellent breakfast. Very good position alongside one of the Park & Ride into Oxford city centre, yet close to the Cotswolds.

The rooms were plain but good. The spa facilities were good and the proximity to the park and ride made it perfect for getting into the City. It was easy to find and very accessible to the motorway for going to other places.

the hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable, and clean. the location of the hotel was just outside Oxford, the Park and Ride was 2 minutes walk away.

Everything - staff, facilities. Stayed there many times before and will return again.

Air-con didn't seem to be working but as we were only there I night we didn't fuss about it. Restaurant food was a bit pub-grub-ish

Well placed for Oxford. Park and ride a couple of minutes away. Staff very friendly, helpful and professional. Executive room was well equipped if a little small. Hotel was clean.

The room was very nice, very clean. All of the staff were extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast was very good, fantastic selection.

I was very disappointed with the restaurant when we ate in the evening. The menu was not very exciting and the quality of the food considering the price was extremely poor value. I would recommend the hotel to friends, but would advise them to eat elsewhere.

Located within walking distance of the Park and Ride car park.

The allocated room was on the ground floor next to the smoking area. This became very noisy (at about 2am) when inconsiderate inebriated people decided to have a cigarette and a shout at each other. We didn't however complain to the Hotel staff.
