Housekeeping was very noisy on the Sunday morning from 9 A.M. - lots of banging of doors and talking outside the door.

Very chilled place

The room was very comfortable and the chamber maids very friendly and helpful. The location was just where we needed it to be close enough to the city centre but far enough away to be nice and quiet.

We were staying on the fifth floor which was not a problem but after coming out of the lift and walking along the corridor towards our room both my daughter and myself felt sick. I am not sure but perhaps it is the way the building curves around and the pattern of the carpet

Excellent location for shopping. Clean, comfortable rooms. Good clean bathroom with powerful shower., parking, friendly staff, excellent breakfast choice and served till 11.30. Cosy bar area.

Room a little hot but too comfy to get out of bed to lower setting!

All of the staff who I came into contact with, in Reception and Dining Room, were very polite, friendly and helpful.

The outside of the hotel, facing the ring-road, needs to be 'tidied-up' as it looks scruffy (e.g. bare fluorescent signage lighting)

We stayed in room 703 , it had a connecting door which was locked , later on in the evening when we returned , we thought we had left tv on as we could hear laughing and talking , on entering we realised the noise was from connecting door , it went on until 230 in morning ,it spoilt our trip but couldnt fault our room just that door with connecting room its wrong to put people so close

The breakfast was value for money

Bar a bit expensive other wise would have spent more time in there

Comfortable rooms, a good breakfast and right in the city centre, just a few minutes from the M6.

The parking - there are about 12 spaces for a few hundred rooms. So you can find yourself blocked in or having to take your chances parking on the double yellow lines outside.

Cleanness, cable internet for free in the rooms, however, limited with very slow speed. But for free internet was OK.

I did not buy the breakfast in the day we checked in with 5 GBP/Person. Later when we changed our mind the price on the spot was 12,5 GBP per person.

Car Parking a disgrace. Parked ok on arrival.On the last evening of your stay went to top with petrol for the trip home in the morning when I got back no spaces? I know you only say parking some parking but would it not be better to number places and assign to first come basis. Then tell other guest where they can park? It was a utter disaster total chaos.Answer to q5 would tell them about parking Rubbish do some thing about it and I would come again as mine son lives quite close.

Car park, poor number of spaces, alternative parking close but, one way system with no indication how to get out of system onto ring road.

the staff was friendly and helpful and it was a good location for the guildhall where we were going for a concert

breakfast was confusing when you just wanted to order porridge and juice you had to pay for a full breaky. but the menu looked good but to hungover to sample.

We ate in the hotel in the evening food was very ordinary no frills and expensive, would stay again but would give hotel dining a miss!

Excellent serviceasked for a pillow and more tea bags they were delivered to the room within 5 mins Breakfast was excellent and well worth the £5 we paid

The breakfast was really plentiful and nice .buffet type I thought the little glass jams for toast were different usually in the other hotels ive been in they have had plastic ones . the restaurant staff were always helpfull and smiling. Also the check in was good beds comfortable as well,

Not enough channels

Stayed in Preston for 1 night and I did like stay in Holiday Inn..Not many options for Hotels in Preston so next time I will stay Holiday Inn. Near by bus station and train station. I will definatelly back again. Thank you Daniele Vieira
