Thin doors means lots of noise from other guests in corridors.

    It's all good

People complain about the size of the car park but I have never had trouble parking here and if all else fails there is a multi storey next door

The staff could not have been more helpful. The bar food was very good. One of the best holiday Inns I have stayed in despite its location right by busy roads. Highly recommended

Staff very helpful. & friendly had a problem with heating in my room it was quickly resolved

Car park is a nightmare to small if you can't park if you got suitcases it causes a bit of difficulty because we had to pay in the multi-storey carpark across the road

Incredibly clean, the rooms are a good size with large windows that let in plenty of light, staff very pleasant, reception very helpful, breakfast was lovely

I would have liked a hotel with a pool and sauna, but that's just being picky

Enjoyed the buffet breakfast only. The rest was totally depressing. I only had to put up with it for one night only. It was too late to change hotel as I already booked online. Preston - depressing, why would people want to live here? Please don't get me wrong, I am by no means being snobbish but this town requires major re-planning.

Everything else. Upon arrival the dingy open air carpark was total congested. I knew then that I had made a mistake by booking this hotel. I was very fortunate to secure a parking bay as a patron was leaving. Entering the hotel one would expect to walk into a reception area - but no, you are greeted with a crummy stairwell and two lifts within a wasted void. Old looking, depressing to say the least. A small sign on the wall displaying the direction of the reception on the first floor.

The room was noisy. The evening receptionist was unhelpful. The toilet didn't flush properly....:(((((

Two rooms for parents and adult child were floors apart. Booked a long way in advance. Was there any attempt to give rooms closer together?

We used as a stop over travelling from Scotland to Devon. Ideally placed just off M6, excellent staff welcoming us and in bar, comfy clean room and great value for money.

This Hotel met our needs for a one night stay in Preston. Small Car Park but fortunately we found a space.

Breakfast was hectic, with a football team and large coach party. Breakfast food was not quite up to the standard we usually enjoy in a Holiday Inn.
