Friendly staff even when dealing with a difficult situation and having to remove other guests.
Room was nice but could hear every word from the room next door
We stayed with 2 children, had an executive suite. Very spacious, very clean, it was brilliant. Restaurant was good. Breakfast good as well. Couldn't fault the staff, very friendly and helpful.
Best location to visit Stonehenge and Salisbury, They make Starbucks lattes down at the restaurant.
Excellent location and really friendly staff. Meal excellent as was the service.
Location, rception, communal areas, dining room, evening meal and breakfast all good.
small bedrooms, very uncomfortable sofabed, shower but no bath in the double room.
The facilities fitted with our lifestyle and the cleanliness of the room was great. The location was perfect for us, close to the event we attended and to town.
Would have liked more pillows available in the room. Found the bed uncomfortable and it moved a lot, during the night.
Booking details on system were incorrect even though I called to double check Breakfast @ £13.95 per head is outrageous (went to the Harvester 50 yards down the road @ £4.95)! Glass of wine and 1 beer @ £11.00+ Large shower but no water pressure + went hot & cold Guy behind the bar was clueless
wARM, CLEAN ROOMS, EXCELLENT BATHROOM AREA
Nothing to dislike.
Gave me card key for room that was already occupied....very embarrassing!! Lots of dust in wardrobe Take away breakfast very expensive for what it was
Could not fault it for type and cost of hotel Even scrambled egg at breakfast was perfect
nothing to dislike
Pleasant place to stay
Car damaged in the car park
Close to Stonehenge but miles away from the city. Some convenience store n casual restaurants like Macdonald, KFC etc. rooms r clean big enough for three people.
Food choice and standard of meal was above standard expected. Staff were very helpful. Restaurant staff were brilliant and polite.
Bed for me was a little hard but adequate.
Room was a good size and well equipped; bathroom/shower well fitted out; service in the restaurant efficient, menu very good - an unexpected treat. Staff particularly helpful especially over very noisy next door neighbours who had gone to sleep with their music on at full volume - staff couldn't wake the couple so cut the power to their room!! Convenient location just off the A303, plenty of free parking as on a business park.
Nothing really not to like -the following are observations, not complaints: air conditioning a bit hard to fathom, but no different from many hotels of this kind, toiletries not replenished when room was serviced, not enough to last for 2 nights, bottled water would have been good on the hospitality tray.
This hotel was close to Stone Henge & Old Sarum, and also had nearby a petrol station where you could also pick up some basic groceries, a harvester pub, pizza hut, McDonald's, KFC, & Costa. The holiday inn itself was clean, tea/coffee making facilities in room (biscuit & chocolate a nice touch) with iron & hairdryer, & staff were all very friendly. We had no problems with the food, all tasty,& could have breakfast in room. Free newspapers to read.
Meal prices on menu & drinks not cheap, so is handy having other places to eat nearby. no leaflets of places to visit, that I could see.
Had an executive room on the third floor. Nice size and nicely decorated. Spacious comfy bed. Ate in the restaurant and had a lovely meal. Superb breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.
The hotel was in a great location, and had a lot of useful restaurants/facilities nearby.
Asked to change room upon arrival but member of staff refused. The room was very noisy, as there was an adjoining door to the next room which we could clearly hear all of the neighbouring room's conversations. Partner woken by neighbour blowing his/her nose. No bath in the bathroom, though plenty of space for one if they'd put one in.
Great location and a lovely breakfast.
Friendly, clean, good sized room...brilliant location if visiting Stone Henge
Bar and Restaurant were a little over priced but there is a Harvester close by
Room and bathroom was new and clean. Good location near motorway and services, free Wi-Fi, free parking, good breakfast.
Loud air conditioning.
Our room had connecting door to adjacent room, and soundproofing was very poor. This visit was for two nights, booked many weeks in advance, and we expected better.
I have already left a feed back form with reception on checking out.
The fact that there was only smoked bacon for breakfast,i believe there should be a choice,or just plain bacon.
