Modern hotel, Easy to find - but don't get locked into the wrong price I saw a discounted price and took a locked-in rate three weeks before my stay - only to find a week later the rate had gone down by £10 - and I was constrained to pay the higher rate - and could not cancel. |

Very clean. Breakfast food was excellent. Staff very polite and efficient. Expensive for movies and internet access. Very difficult to find. Address is misleading - it is actually in Amesbury which is 8 miles from Salisbury. Was very close to Stonehenge though. Had no info about local sights and attractions. |

Clean, easy to find, spacious comfortable rooms. Well placed for a visit to Stonehenge Expensive, especially the breakfast. Not much in walking distance apart from a Harvester, Pizza hut and petrol station/supermarket |

We arrived at Holiday Inn early and the receptionist was very lovely and friendly, she let us check in early, ordered a taxi for us and was generally very helpful. Also, the bedrooms were big and very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was quiet despite being next to the main road. It was just what we needed for our night in Salisbury. |

I stayed in an accessable room the shower facilities were poor as there were no handrails or dropdown shower chair I had to use a commode given to me by staff which was too big in the shower and difficult to move inside the shower I was frustrated and annoyed. |

Very accessible hotel, good location, beautifully clean room, staff very very helpful. Only thing was that check out time is 12 noon, one of the things i liked about the hotel. Cleaners knocking on door at about 10 am. My fault - i should have put do not disturb sign outside! |

Location. Cleanliness 1. Variable reception on Internet TV 2. Noisy room on 3rd floor with motor outside window cutting in and out all night. 3. Breakfast waiting staff inattentive. |

Comfortable hotel offering ideal accommodation for both business and leisure. Relaxed restaurant with wide choice of menu. an a good base for exploring the local area. |
This 13th-century coaching inn has stunning views across the River Avon to the magnificent Salisbury Cathedral. It has recently undergone a £1million refurbishment. |
