Friendly staff Free Wi-Fi Quiet Room on the 3rd floor Cleanliness Breakfast
The staff were extremely helpful, facilities were second to none. Would recommend this hotel
Nothing I didn't like
Easy to get to.hotel overall was spotless.
As always why do drinks from the bar be so expensive never like this
The location was excellent. Stonehenge, Salisbury, Amesbury, Avesbury, Durrington Walls and Winchester are so close on excellent highways. The room was spacious, air-conditioned with a large modern bathroom and cleaned beautifully The hot breakfast and staff service was excellent. We actually stayed an extra two days!
love the position
A modern and stylish hotel, conveniently located.
The restaurant was extremely busy because of the Xmas parties, so we did not use it.
All of it

We came to visit stone henge the hotel was just minutes away
Hotel staff, location and general condition of the hotel all to a very high standard.
Think the springs in the bed had gone - not very comfortable.
Size and comfort of room plus facilities.
the staff were friendly and helpful the rooms were very clean and confortable
Easy to find, restaurants in the vicinity. Adequate parking. Clean, well-lighted, friendly staff, nice room.
Breakfast was chaotic. There were long waits for buffet to be refilled. When refills came, the quantities were so small that only those at the head of the queue were served.
Shower pressure was very low. Did bring it to the attention of the staff and said they would have maintenance have look. But no difference the next day.
Well accessorised room that was very comfortable. Surprisingly quiet given how close the road is. Good for travellers but probably not so good for tourists.
The bar area was not very comfortable to sit and relax
Being able to come and go any time of day or night (entrance door not locked)
Food and drink a little expensive compared to local pubs/dining
Location was good, staff were friendly and helpful, facilities were good.
The family room where the children were staying was dirty to say the least, the bathroom did not look as if it had been cleaned. We opened the sofa bed for our 6 year old to sleep in and it had a Daily Sport newspaper in it with dirty sheets. We did not arrive till 10.30pm, so there was no time issue. This room was upgraded to an executive room when we complained. The other room, was clean and fine, apart from the sound proofing!!! Young couple in room next door the worst for alcohol, I was kept awake all night by loud arguments, and someone being sick very loudly, banging and crashing, and throwing coat hangers around whilst they were in the wardrobe!! I might as well have been in the room with them, there was no soundproofing at all!!!
The staff at this hotel were very friendly from the minute you walk in till the time you walk out. The restraunt staff were excellent and the meal was perfect.great location for Stonehenge
Very convenient location, friendly and helpful staff. A very enjoyable stay
Only one night stay on family visit but found every thing excellent. We had a very long trip from France and found it very restful, room had all facilities including a very welcome tea tray. Great shower!!
Two drinks in bar were ten pounds which I thought was very expensive.
comfortable large room breakfast cleanliness
room air conditioning difficult to control
Good location for Stonehenge Starbucks coffee right at the hotel Nice restaurant in the hotel
Uncomfortable bed Low water pressure in the shower Water barely got warm in the shower Rather noisy at night from the hotel restaurant and lobby No mini bar fridge in the room No gym at the hotel We asked for a double bed and were given a disability accessible room, and apparently it was the only room available with a double bed, which is rather hard to believe
Everything is straightforward and well done. This is a well managed hotel.
