Facilites were good. Hotel was clean. Good breakfast When booking through booking.com we were told it was a standard room. We were not told if it was smoking / not smoking or twin / double. We recieved a twin room and would have like a double. AS there is not an option with booking.com to choose particulars for rooms, our next booking in January we have actually booked directly though the hotel. |

Use of the leisure facilities and Spa Room not ready by 2.00pm then placed in a family room and had sleep disturbed by noisy children. This could have been avoided by appropriate levels of house keeping. No compensation or apology offered for this situation. Rooms are clean but basic, executive rooms are well furnished, however check the mini bars as these are not restocked after each stay, and customers could leave themselves liable to a bill for goods they have not consumed. |

we used the hotel as a stopover as we were joining a cruise from southampton docks, it was very comfortable and the food was very good |

Friendliness of front desk staff and those in lesiure centre - facilties in pool and gym were very good. wee needed an iron and externsidson lead whcih arroived very swiftly which was also impressive. Breakfast on Sunday was a bit short on staff at the pealk period and it took a while to get someone's attention for more coffee but food was excellent and service friendly. The bar closing at 11pm on A saturday night with a full hotel and a wedding reception with lots of rsidents was not a good idea - the night receptionais / [porter was rushed off her feet for a while with bar orders. |

The artworks in the restaurant and by the toilets. Upon arrival, tired after a long drive, I saw £55 was added to my account. It was explained as there to cover meals and drinks in our room. This took me aback and was a negative. I did not use the kettle or coffee or tea etc, or like to use towels or pillows left in the coat area by the door in case this charge was to be added to the final bill. Upon check out it became clear that I had misunderstood. Please explain to check in staff to be clearer in future, but better still don't add extra costs onto an already quiet high tariff, and certainly not at check in. I had no wish to order room extras, I suppose some of your guests take liberties, but we are not all the same. |

We ordered room service 3 times during our stay and each time the service was extremely prompt. Helpful staff. Check in and out times were good at check in from 14.00 and check by 12.00 |

Convenient position near motorway, Good leisure centre food and breakfast. Appears you you still holding my credit card details and retainig £50. Bill was paid in full by cash. Please can you look into this. |

Nice convenient hotel for Fleming Sports Centre, next door. Clean and comfortable Was told that breakfast was extra, although price quoted was inclusive. Soon sorted out when I produced booking confirmation. |

Hotel in ruhiger Lage, Zimmer großzügig und sauber, Bad ausreichend groß, Frühstück sehr gut mit großer Auswahl. Kein Fön zum Haare trocknen am Zimmer |
