Holiday Inn Stoke on Trent    

15£ for 1 day internet access is too much. In the XXIst century, Internet access is included in the price of the room in most of hotels worldwide. Not enough space for business discussions.

Efficient and helpful staff. Spacious rooms with sofa which made my stay more comfortable.

Everyone of the staff was very friendly

When we parked the car up on the Saturday night around 12am and returned to it the next day, there was a scrape mark along the drivers side which is now going to cost me £250 to repair and when I reported same to reception was informed that there is no cct camera's and people park at their own risk,.I Feel that if camera's were installed it would protect the customers cars

Room quality and bath available. Good standard curtains to keep out noise and light. Good standard of TV. Leisure facilities.

Poor quality lighting in room. Ants in pool area - you have had this problem for a long time and not resolved.

the room was small very small i would expect the size to be bigger in london or new york a small double bed for 2 adults not for me will not stay here again :-(

room given to me and my son was generously spacious, well lit, comfortable, good amneties, big tv, gym was fantastic, out of town but near enough, near motorway junction, it was snowing but room heater was excellent - everything u expect of hol inn quality but more! - thats why i join as a hol inn priority club member. can u pls forward my compliments to hol inn stoke

Great location, good value for money. Nice pool and jacuzzi.

The food and alcohol prices. £7 for the cheapest glass of wine! £9.50 for a mushroom and Stilton sandwich with potato wedges!

Atmosphere and staff Food excellent

Rooms were stylish, practical and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast served for at least four hours was excellent.

Had noisy neighbours, talking loudly until 2 am. Also the hotel is very near the M6 - but you acnnot do much about these things.

Leisure and gym facilities were really good, high quality machines and very clean and well kept. Rooms are good and comfortable.

As with all the Holiday Inns, they have an in house TV menu system that makes trying to watch TV almost impossible. It's such a bad system you cannot find out whats listed, and simple channel hopping is painful. I don't know why they ruin all the good work the rest of the hotel offers with this.

Comfortable rooms and good food in the restaurant.

Expensive wi-fi. In my opinion, wi-fi should be free of any extra charge.

Staff were friendly & helpful

The rooms were dirty & outdated. The pillows were flat, overused & very old. The duvet was thin, overused & very old. The duvet cover was torn. The furniture was covered in dust, scratched & chunks missing. Room service was overpriced with no effort regarding presentation. Need I say more!!

The staff were helpful and friendly, although I had some difficulty tracking down someone who could help with lost property. Good facilities and food also very good

My room card stopped working at the end of each day! This involved quite a long treck back to reception from my room which is not a pleasant prospect after a long day and with some mobility problems. However, the problem was put right easily and curteously

Swimming pool

Some things very basic, cheap pillows so uncountable, no hotel directory, some f and b staff excellent especially breakfast ladies reception ladies could do a lot better!

The cooked breakfast was NOT cooked to order - had been cooked and had stood for some time before being served.

i thought it was very warm and welcoming we got there about 9 in the evening after a long drive .we were given our keys to our room and then we came down for food which was lovely. room was lovely really nice hotel will go again

Near the motorway and a bargain price after Xmas and before new year.
