The stay was due to a family wedding in Marlborough, we extended the stay to visit other places such as Bath and Bristol - which we found to be very enjoyable, especially the shopping and trip to SS GT Britain No, we were very happy with all aspects. |

loved having the use of the pool and gym our phone was not working in our room so we had to go down to the desk to order our room service. when booking i was given a non smoking room. Then i got a phone call to say that it had been double booked the lady on the phone was fantastic and reasured me that the room would be aired. |

Only used the room so I didnt se much else or use any of the facilities I specifically chose a Non-Smoking room but was put int o smoking one. This was the most disgusting smelling room I have ever slept in. It clung to the wall and furniture. Even the bathroom stank. I was told that this was the only room left. Had I been in the position to I would have left. If they only have smoking rooms left then if a customer asks for a non smoking room they should be told. I |

Swimming/leasure facilities The dining room has a cuttlery area. This si situated in the middle of the dining area and needs to be moved. It's noisy when the staff are working there which they did the whole time we were eating. |

Very professional and friendly staff, good service. Cleaners came into room in the morning even though we weren't due to check out until 12 noon. |

The staff in the restaurant and bar were very welcoming and helpful. The bed was comfortable and my room was clean. The food at dinner was overly priced and poorly presented. Sometimes you felt that it was more important that the staff at the main desk attended to anything other than attend to you |

Het is een oud hotel, er wordt gerenoveerd, maar recht tegenover je eigen kamer is dat niet zo comfortabel, zeker niet voor de prijs |
