Friendly polite staff and good value for money.

Although the hotel was value for money the bed was not at all comfortable, the bathroom cramped yet fit for purpose. What I really did not like was the prices at the bar; I paid £21 for 3 large glasses of wine which were not of a good quality.

The breakfast was very poor,overcooked bacon,sausages etc

It suited our needs as a place to stay for us to go to a concert in Swindon. Also having a smoking room was very useful. Good tv in the rooms and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bath was a bit dissapointing

We were disappointed with the quality of the food this visit. Presentation and food quality were poor but were most probably down to the chef as we had not been disappointed in the past.This applied to both dinner and breakfast.

Breakfast on weekends is poor. The restaurant only has the same menu as the Hotel Room service etc. Not even a table cloth on the table. The room furnishings are poor & out dated, bathroom very small, sink plug not working (had to leave tap on to keep water in sink !. Room insulation is very poor as regards other adjoining rooms.

It was reasonably priced and conveniently located for a family wedding nearby

Extra's were expensive internet is usually free elsewhere , here its £5 per hour , and £13 for breakfast is a bit steep.

Nothing was so disappointed in hotel 10 yrs out of date . Cheaper and better hotels in Swindon

Good location

Room size very small .double bed but could only get in and out one side as it was against the wall.This meant climbing over partner in middle of the night to use the bathroom.£15 for internet very expensive.Bathroom grout was dirty.

Comfortable beds. Modern, clean reception and lobby area.

The rooms were dated and in need of updating. The bathroom had a broken soap holder on the wall, the bath was marked and the shower curtain had stains on. On the second night of our stay we arrived at our room to find our key card had been deactivated even though the rece[tion staff had confirmed we were staying for 2 nights when we checked in. Food overpriced.
