Ease of access, I.E. right on the motorway. Gym was good quality but no sound system for the tv'S.

Had to go outside to get into the Gym

My room was very dated and need a fefurb. The dinner menu was very limited if you did not like, or want, meat. No fish or pasta dishes. I would not stay here again.

Everything as require clean and tidy

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Taunton, it was convenient for meeting family and getting to town. The leisure facilities were great, the staff were good, the rooms are excellent and the breakfasts were all you could ask for. All in all a good result, we will be returning.

The only complaint that I can think of is that at breakfast when I asked for tea for two the teapot only just held enough for a cup of tea each, a larger teapot or even two teapots, to enable a second cup of tea would be better.

Value for money. Easy to book on line.

Poor heating, centrally controlled. No extra bedding in the room. No hot water at basin.

The location to the motorway,and the rooms were off a good size.

The bar was apalling in service and stock.

Location to visit family was the only thing I liked about it. It was a shame as I have stayed in numerous Holiday Inns and this was possibly the worse one

It was more of a business hotel and the bar was too expensive and lacking in any sort of atmosphere. We ended up going to the Harvester which was more welcoming and prices which allowed us to have more than one drink without breaking the bank! Also the breakfast was cold and you could leave the coffee and tea pot in an accessible place. I noted a few people looking around trying to get the staffs attention because they wanted another cup.

Paid £119 for one night for business meeting, food provided was dreadful. Branston pickle sandwiches????

extortionate wifi fees

Reception fine and efficient, though appearing a little business like, rather than customer friendly. We are both in our seventies and, though reasonably fit we were offered no assistance with bags ( the offer would have been nice). Food at Breakfast was excellent

The breakfast supervisor was very good though she did seem on her own a lot and, had to go seeking staff at one point. One guest came to ask her if there was any service in the lounge and, again she had to go look. The staff generally seemed more task oriented than guest oriented.

was just of the motorway situation excelent. we would recomend this hotel to family and friends the staff were friendley rooms cannot fault. we had breakfast and i have to say we have stayed at many hotels and it was the best by far we hope to be retturning to a holiday inn hotel soon. if your looking for comfort, good food, value for money then the holiday inn is the place to stay 10/10
