It was within easy reach of all things which was perfect for us

On the Saturday evening young children were running and shouting up and down the corridor

Lovely spacious room. Very clean and quiet. Choice of bar meals or restaurant meals Pleasant bar area Convenient location for museums and Weston Park

Nowhere to have a walk round except the car park

Friendly staff. Leisure facilities.

Room hadn't been cleaned properly.

It was very reasonably priced and a very large car park - great because you didn't need to park close to other vehicles.

A lot of building work going on close by and not sufficient signage to find our way to the centre or the bus station as pedestrians.

Great pool and staff

One member of staff on the desk was not helpful

Spacious bedroom and bathroom, although the height of the bath made it difficult to get in and out for the elderly. Health facilities and pool. Great breakfast.

Pillows were too hard but were changed at our request. Only one rail down steps into the pool - bit dangerous for the elderly.

Great for families, lovely pool, great food and room, all staff friendly and helpful. Stayed here to visit Ironbridge, but had such a good time visiting wonderland theme park and adjacent local park, and hotel pool, so much to do for kids didnt quite make it to Ironbridge.

Really couldnt fault it, exceeded expectations, worth a visit.

Receptionists and housekeeping staff very customer care orientated and helpful. They can all be seen as as a asset and a credit to the establishment. I would recommend Holiday Inn everytime. Thank you for an enjoyable and comfortable weekend. See you next year!

Comfortable and clean

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, had room service in the evening. Food was good. Pool excellent.

The hotel doesn't seem to be very well insulated. Was woken up at 2am by people returning to their rooms, banging doors etc. And again at 3am by a couple arguing? Hotel didn't seem full so feel that the guests could have been 'spread out' to avoid disturbance.

we found the hotel excellent value for money, the spa facilities were good for children. we also ate at the restaurant and enjoyed excellent food.

I thought the food was incredibly expensive for what you got. I ate off the bar menu and had the fahitas. I had 3 strips of chicken !!!!

The resturant was luxury on a budget, great food, friendly staff, warm comfy room, helpful, friendly reception staff, good value for money!

The bedside light was too close to bed, you kept hitting head on iu!

Comfortable clean rooms. Staff very helpful and polite. Location brilliant for International Centre as we were there for cheerleading competition.

The food put on from 5 onwards on the Pink Cadillac menu was poor. Presumably this was mainly for cheerleaders returning from competition. My 12 year old daughter thought it was ok.

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating to both special dietary needs in the restaurant and my request for late checkout.

In what seemed to be a predominantly business hotel internet / WiFi should be free.

Room was very basic not what id experienced previously with holiday inn. I wouldnt stay there again.

The best hotel I have stayed inn beds were so comfortable the staff from reception to house keeping were friendly and helpful.

We wished to visit Ironbridge - so the hotel location, price, comfort and facilities were ideal. Restaurant food well presented and cooked - very enjoyable stay.

Food menu could have been a bit wider - but not a problem.

We liked the size of the room and the fact it was spotlessly clean two comfortable double beds and the decor was good . Staff were helpful and friendly and was pleased that we were able to use the spa and gym for no extra cost

My only gripe was that the shower was not very powerful. Other than that everything was great. Did not have dinner or breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on the quality of food

No free wi-fi facilities - even in lounge area - bit behind the times in this respect

One of the best shortbreak we have had for a long time. The front desk staff were 1st class and all other staff very freindly. Thank you and we will be returning soon.
