Holiday Inn Telford Ironbridge  

Everyone was friendly and helpfull , I would certainly recommend this Hotel , Bed was reallky comfortable ,

I was looked after very well and Anita on the reception desk is to be recommended on her communication skills and general friendliness.

Possibly the lighting in the dining room ... however it didn't directly affect us as we were in the extension for both dinner and breakfast.

Very clean rooms, good location, lots of parking, good staff, breakfast is excellant with lots of choice and excellant service..young girl Hannah served us our tea etc and very pleasant, albeit she was very busy. swimming pool was warm, all facilities were very clean.Resturant bit pricey but food was good. rooms good size and vey clean. excellant choice, would stay again.

Just personal as do not have small children, would have liked an adult only hour in the pool..

The hotel was better than we expected. Our room was clean and had very good facilities. The meal we had in the evening was excellent and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Staff excellent and all the hotel facilities and accommodation was really good. Restaurant and bar facilities also very nice.

This hotel close to my sister and reasonably priced. We stayed in a twin double bedded room, it was as described. Beds comfortable with a good selection of pillows. En-suite extractor fan was very quiet (admittedly you only appreciate this if you have stayed in a room where it wasn't). We both slept well (the main reason for using a hotel). Staff on reception pleasant and efficient. We didn't have meals or go for a swim/sauna so cannot comment on these.

When we walked into the reception/bar/dining area the smell of chlorine (or whatever chemical is used in swimming pools) was noticeable and unpleasant, however the smell was not present in the rooms. The rooms had no soundproofing, we could clearly make out conversations from surrounding rooms and corridor. But other guests were quiet and woke us at a reasonable time in the morning. I hope our snoring did not disturb anyone during the night.

We like the location of this hotel ,nice surroundings,handy for shopping and local attractions.All the staff are helpful and friendly,..nothing was too much trouble for them. We have stayed at this hotel several times and keep returning. Cleanliness and comfort excellent.

It was easy to find, following signs for international centre. We only paid £50 and was really impressed with room, choice of pillows, well desogned and modern. Would stay again if needed to be I'm telford.

The staff at reception when you check in if they could tell you the times of breakfast as we missed it also why do they charge me twice £200 when I arrive and another £150 when I check out and refund the £200. They say it doesnt come off you bank balance but it does. There is nothing outside the hotel, however we managed to find a Chinese restaurant and 1 pub that's it. Overall not a bad place .
