Good location next to the Telford International Centre & good leisure complex/swimming pool Was busy and there didn't seem to be enough staff serving on the evening, the ones who were did a good job but there were still queues at the bar |

A clean, comfortable hotel, at a very convenient location for southbound travellers. Bar food was tasty and although not particularly cheap, wasn't priced out of the stratosphere either. |

The service at the restaurant was not very good very slow,we had the same problem last year and we were hoping it was going to be better this year but unfortunately it was the same so we went elsewhere for 2 nights to eat |

we were put into a smoking room even though i had requested a non-smoking room back in April 2008. The staff were very helpful but it was disappointing and a cause for concern as my husband is an asthmatic. |

The staff at the hotle were very helpful and polite. Especaily when there was a mix up when booking in. It was very clean and lots of space. Even though there was work being carried out it did not cause an inconvenience. |
