The staff were very helpful, the pool was beautifully warm and the breakfast really set u up for the day! We would stay here again if we are up near Wolverhampton again.
Staff were friendly and helpful
Roadworks currently around main junction closed had a nightmare getting back to the hotel following a meeting but not the hotels fault.
couldn' t adjust room temperature
very clean hotel with good social area with bar and pool table. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely rooms that were very modern
that breakfast wasn't included in my room rate
Very helpful staff... Clean spacious rooms... Tea coffee making facilities... Comfortable bed..
Location, clean room, nice big bed, free wifi
The hotel foyer was packed with drunken screaming people when we returned from a night out at 1.45am. The people in the room above us were so noisy, banging, shouting and running around all night long. Despite complaining twice to the reception and the manager telling us the occupants were on final warning at 5am, it continued until they left the room at 9.15am. Never again!!!
Helpful friendly staff
Hard to find, in dark, rain. Lack of signage.Didn't take pets, so had to split family between The Express on other side of roundabout as confusing having 2 hotels with same name, one takes pets other doesn't, booked this one by mistake.
Friendly helpful staff gym nice clean rooms
Really great on reception.
Outside looks dated
Went for a break from our little ones and we feel so comfortable there great value and really friendly staff, top marks
Beds and cot for daughter were good. Shame the staff don't know how to assemble the cot and left safety staps for base undone. Due to no pool we never used any other facilty
Room on second floor had an unlocked maintenance door that opened when room door opened. The door was down to floor level and inside was a cliff edge drop down to at least next floor level. Our daughter is a baby and crawls everywhere and into everything. Thankfully we spotted this deathtrap before daughter. Unfortunately we did not spot under the TV was a fancy wooden panal that was heavy and held on with already broken clips. Daughter reached up to use it to stand and it fell offand hit her face arms and legs. Took a week for her to loose the marks left on here nose. We were moved to another room and yet again maintenance door was not locked. Completely not acceptable management are well aware of this now. But please check rooms as their cleaners and maintenance staff obviously don't have a clue about safety. To top it all off swimming pool was out of order and staff told us to use another hotel across road. Only the manager told us we could go another Holliday inn and use their pool.
Lovely rooms, very comfortable and heating fully adjustable
Breakfast was not included in room price and was expensive for the options
free wifi vending machines
Staff helpful and friendly
Sauna and jacuzzi out of order due to maintenance
My son enjoyed his swim in the pool which made the tariff seem particularly good value, for him at least. The staff were friendly and helpful (with directions).
It was disappointing that the extract fan in the bathroom wasn't working.
Your staff are a credit to your company and what you offer your customers is first class ,we use your hotel on a regular basic and are very satisfied with everything.
U get wot u paid 4 !!!
The fact we cudnt go in the sauna n pool
On booking, Sauna & Hot Bath were said to be available, but during our 4 day stay, these were out of service, and we felt a bit late down. Also one of the Windows in our room was broken with some tape holding it, at times we could hear wind blowing in. Visitors & their kids making a lot of noise on corridors.
Room and location
Kids running up and dwn hall way until after 11pm
Neat simple room
TV didn't work
Great location, just off junction 10 of the M6. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent budget price, and superb value for money.
We stayed at Christmas and some of the other guests were a bit loud.
What you would expect for this type of hotel
Noisy night xmas party disco etc . You needed a room away from it if you wanted to sleep. We where o k . Alot of customers were not . Next morning sunday a m ALARM SYSTEM WOKE US UP yes 7AM SUNDAY. GET OUT OF HOTEL SOUND. PEAPLE OUT IN HALLWAY DO WE LEAVE ? All settled down but offcourse your sleeping patern is distroud. NOT VERY GOOD. On checkout something to do with bathroom steam in a room on first floor.
We got a free upgrade to an executive suite as the family rooms were near the Christmas party disco. Very quiet and peaceful at the far end of the hotel. Room service was prompt and tasty. Had the swimming pool to ourselves.
The Christmas parties do take over a bit, no restaurant for residents because of them and too noisy to sit in the lounge area. The breakfast room floor was very dirty on the Sunday morning after parties the night before. Pool changing rooms were freezing and the sauna and spa pool weren't working.
