Excellent Customer Service
Everything very new and clean
The music playing in the dining room - I love music, but this was annoying.
Really enjoyed our stay,very clean,staff friendly,very welcoming..
Having to pay for WiFi, in all hotels we have stayed in we have never had to pay for internet access
The staff were particularly professional and extremely welcoming. There was a Scottish lad who excelled at waitering both in the evening and again for breakfast. He made his job look effortless and dealt with different requests with ease always with a smile on his face. The best service I have had in a long time.
There was nothing to dislike
Helpful staff comfortable room excellent facilities as travelling with disabled husband would definitely stay here again
Restaurant was not that busy yet we had to wait sometime on our food and part of the order was missing staff however staff were very helpful
Very good location, near the M60, everything in Greater Manchester can be reached easily.
There was a bit warm in the room at night.
Easy access to M way Bar staff and night / morning reception staff very polite and helpfull. To be fair I don't sleep well anywhere.
Afternoon reception staff (femail) very poor customer service skills and condescending attitude. Unhelpful. Room smelt of stale cigarette smoke.
The price; at £35 it's a steal. Clean, comfortable & functional rooms. The staff.
Food in the bar is ok but a bit pricey for what it is.
Air con. Breakfast was very good. Staff helpful and pleasant.
Strong smell of cigarette smoke in room.
The varying prices!
Clean large room. Friendly staff
Extortionate bar prices. 11.40 for 2 drinks. 1 pint of beer and 1 glass of wine. Didn't even cost that much in Edinburgh. Lost out on a lot more as we went across the bridge to another establishment to eat and drink that night.
Easy to find, nice staff, quick check-in, nice environment, clean room.
very easy to locate, good secured car park, fast efficient check in,clean quality rooms, breakfast, friendly helpful staff.cost of room very good
noisy guests not the hotels fault, creamfields was on after all.breakfast far to expensive worth about £8 wi fi should be free
Reasonable rate, room clean and well furbished, comfortable bed, free newspaper.
Noisy Coach parked outside our window with engine running at 8 am for 15 minswhile it picked up guests.
Breakfast was well worth the money as children eat for free.
I paid for hotel in full through booking.com but when I went to check out the prices were changed! I was not happy about this but I didn't pay the extra fees as it was not my fault or the hotels.
Just off motorway, so easy to find when needing a stop without hassle. Great sized room and bed. Plenty of room for us to set up a travel cot. We arrived late and left without breakfast, so can't really comment on facilities other than the room, which was very good for the price.
I had indicated we would arrive between 8-9pm (just guessing how long it would take to drive with a baby from London). We arrived however at 10.10pm and the guy on reception seemed annoyed we hadn't arrived at the suggested time. Either that or I didn't understand his humour at that hour if he was being sarcastic. Seemed odd considering it is a 24hr reception.
You had to pay for the internet. The meal was really expensive and terrible value for money. I needed help with regards to a bus and the staff were really unhelpful. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were really hard.
Cleanliness was good
Food a little expensive, they added 10% service charged and then expected a gratuity. Wi-Fi was mega expensive - £25 for 2 days whereas Premier Inn is £3 a day..... Couple before me at desk had booked on line only to be turned away as they Holiday Inn had taken too many bookings....
Breakfast started at 6.30am
Buffet breakfast was poor - dried up eggs and bacon particularly ruined a decent spread
Location size of room cleanliness
