The hotel was modern and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The sinks in the bathroom were too high up. There was not enough wardrobe or storage space. A mini bar would have been nice if to be able to store bottled water.

Very clean and new. Bed very comfy and the location is perfect for getting into town. the TV was a bit annoying! Every time you turned it on you had to go through a list of options just to get to the TV channels.

i thought the hotel was spotless, and a good layout. The rooms were very large and very comfortable. The noisy boiler and Air conditoning plant that ran all night.

A technical issue with the tv took too long to reolve however the staff were v pleasantly proactive & helpful & readily offering compnsatory gifts. V good customer centric attitudes.
