This recently refurbished, friendly hotel with spacious accommodations rests in a peaceful country location just a 10-minute drive from Ashford Eurostar Train Station. It offers a gym and free Wi-Fi. Rooms at the Holiday Inn overlook the countryside and offer satellite TV, hairdryers, tea/coffee-making facilities, and a free morning newspaper. The hotel is easily accessible, with close proximity to highway A20 and M20, and is convenient for the Eurotunnel and the Channel ports of Dover and Folkestone, Ashford, Maidstone, and Canterbury. Leeds Castle can be reached in a 20-minute drive, and Ashford is just a 10-minute drive away. The hotel's modern Fine Dine restaurant serves breakfasts from 6.30 am. Visiting family and hotel was in perfect location, booked double room with sofa bed so room was really spacious and overlooked woodland. Staff really helpful and polite. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Very pleasant stay, would definately stay again in the future.

Our one night stay in this hotel was to break our journey home from France, simply with a bed and breakfast. In that regard it was pleasant and very good value for money. I wanted a hotel by the m20 motorway. This location was about 4 miles away and was difficult to find. The address given stretched both sides of the motorway junction, and after a long day, searching for the hotel was not ideal. Perhaps Booking.com might consider providing gps locations for sat nav purposes.

The lady who booked us in was very pleasant and same lady booked us out. although we booked in early, the room was ready so we were able to go in before time. She said we could use the facilities why we waited if the room wasn't ready. The room was lovely and so quiet and peacefull.

Just a stopover between Lyons and Edinburgh, but really good value for money. Carpets in room and corridors seemed tired and grubby, and room hadn't been cleaned as well as should be expected.

Staff were good, courteous and helpful. Receptionist did her best to sort out problems. No bed for my daughter, which i had requested on-line at booking 5 days before. ended up borrowing a bed from my brother! Very poor communications!

La chambre était très spacieuse et très bien équipée : écran plat, bouilloire, sèche cheveux, de nombeux miroirs... Le lit est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner varié, à la fois anglais et continental. L'amabilité du personnel de réception et d'étage. Le parking gratuit. Il n'est pas possible d'y séjourner sans véhicule, l'hôtel est éloigné du centre ville d'Ashford. L'humidité dans la chambre.

Das Hotel war ohne Hilfe von Einheimischen nicht zu finden. Es liegt total abgelegen und weit ausserhalb der Stadt. Das Zimmer war früher ein Raucherzimmer und hat dementsprechend übel gerochen. Ausserdem ist der Preis völlig überrissen.
