Good position for our requirements plus easy access off the motorway system. Good value for money. Recognised standards (it does what it says on the tin)

Really good. Thoroughly recommend. Rooms spacious and nicely decorated. Place had a really good feel. Great value for money.

Location requires a car. Also heed the hotel's warning on sat navs. Ours incorrectly directed us to the m20, when the hotel is on the a20.

Very easy check in. Staff very helpful and polite. Nothing was to much trouble. We had our disabled daughter with us,and was told by staff that if we needed any help of any kind just to phone reception. For the price of our stay and the welcome we received was excellent. Will definitely use the holiday inn network again.

Pleasing location with rural views unyet only a few minutes from the M20. Inside, the hotel is visually appealing and the room was exceptionally well appointed with good space and a very comfortable bed. I very often stay in hotels and am not often pleasantly surprised, but value for money, this hotel is definitely one i will use again.

Breakfast plates are smaller than they need to be

Our one night stay in this hotel was to break our journey home from France, simply with a bed and breakfast. In that regard it was pleasant and very good value for money.

I wanted a hotel by the m20 motorway. This location was about 4 miles away and was difficult to find. The address given stretched both sides of the motorway junction, and after a long day, searching for the hotel was not ideal. Perhaps Booking.com might consider providing gps locations for sat nav purposes.

The convienience in distance for our reason for over night stay. Early service for christening following morning. 15 minutes/20minutes drive away from church. We were not able to take advantage of breakfast as we needed to got up early to get ready and go. The lady who booked us in was very pleasant and same lady booked us out. although we booked in early, the room was ready so we were able to go in before time. She said we could use the facilities why we waited if the room wasn't ready. The room was lovely and so quiet and peacefull.

Just a stopover between Lyons and Edinburgh, but really good value for money.

Carpets in room and corridors seemed tired and grubby, and room hadn't been cleaned as well as should be expected.

Staff were good, courteous and helpful. Receptionist did her best to sort out problems.

No bed for my daughter, which i had requested on-line at booking 5 days before. ended up borrowing a bed from my brother! Very poor communications!

Conveniently situated for my needs, and easy to access day & night. Staff helpful and friendly, roomexcellent - clean and air-conditioned and quiet at night.

Visiting family and hotel was in perfect location, booked double room with sofa bed so room was really spacious and overlooked woodland. Staff really helpful and polite. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Very pleasant stay, would definately stay again in the future.
