This hotel is set on the Festival Leisure Park in its own grounds, within easy reach of Southend on Sea, the Lakeside and Bluewater shopping centres.

Their "green policy" only includes what they save money on, not what costs (environmental-friendly materials or organics, portion-packed food). "Buffet" at breakfast or dinner only includes little to choose of. Poor bread, at least for non-Brits.	3.5
