We were very satisfied with most aspects of our stay at the Holiday Inn and would stay there again on visit to Belfast. The bar prices were a little high. A pint of Guinness, at £3.95, was exactly £1 more than what I pay at my own local and a round of drinks for four, which included one Coke drinker, came to almost £14. We enjoyed the only meal we took at the hotel but didn't find the ambience very inspiring, particularly the food dispensing bar which was left open when not in use: a few small adjustments such as screening and different lighting would have created more of a restaurant feel. We would probably have eaten in the restaurant on both evenings but it was not available on the Saturday because of a pre-booked party, something I think we should have been made aware of. However, that is to the hotel's loss as we found an excellent restaurant nearby. |

We had a lovely meal in the hotel and the location was great. The bathroom in our bedroom needed a bit of attention! |

Location to the city centre. Arrived at 10pm to find they only had twin rooms left for me and my partner even though I stated I would not be arriving until this time. Hotel is moreso a 3 star then 4 star, room walls need re-doing. Too dear for the room we got £136 for just a room with two rooms. Better hotels in Belfast to stay in, would definately not return. 1 pillow on each better which was wafer thin, was like sleeping on the mattress. Shower was dripping all night so awoke every few hours. Basically if you want a good location but not a great hotel stay here. |

This was a great location with good spa facilities. Staff were helpful courteous and polite. Really enjoyed our breakfast but it is a very busy hotel. The heating was not working in the room and there was no sofa bed in the room. On bringing this to the attention of staff it was dealt with very quickly. We were unable to check in at the appropriate time but had only a 30 mins wait. I would stay here again! |

Room was comfortable, breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay. The same receptionist booked us in and out but I found her very unprofessional and looked like she didn't want to be there. Otherwise I was quite happy with our stay. |

The convenience. Its location is ideally suited for shoppers.Easy access to all facilities. The spa and gym facilities was the best. The room cleaning was not impressive. The sheets were not turned and the covers were just pulled over.I could have done that myself.Room was only serviced after 3pm. |

How the staff provided my wife with an iron and board within 5 minutes. We have had previous good rooms but see below. The shower was filthy and the headboard had a thick layer of dust on it, the basin waste didn't work very well either. I may have been put inhere as I realised the night before I was shown as wanting a smoking room when it was none smoking I wanted, and asked for a change if possible. i will be forwarding the pictures of the shower to Holiday Inn. |

The location was quite good - only a few minutes to the shopping areas. The staff were generally very good. The rooms were tatty and not very clean. Paint was peeling off the walls. There were stains on the pillow covers and chairs. The food in the restaurant wasn't nice. We asked for an iron at reception at 7.30 in the morning. They said they'd drop it up to the room. By the time we were leaving at 12.00 it still hadn't arrived. |

Proximity to city centre. Breakfast was very nice. Great value for money. No car parking although reasonable price for hotel rate in multi-storey car park. |

The room was very good, very clean. The shower was very good. 1, Breakfast was a disarster, the weekend of " The Tall Ships"not enough staff and seamed to lack an overseer to organise the dinning room. 2,There was an add for a evening meal for 2 + a bottle of wine for £20.Was told this ended two weeks ago.some one should have removed it. (The duty manager was to get back to me.still waiting.) |

Central location and the fact that it had a pool. Food and drink in Junction restaurant was overpriced for the quality. I ordered a dish off the menu "grilled salmon with sugarsnap peas" and got salmon with green beans but as we'd waited so long for the meal I didn't want to ask for a replacement and have to wait another 1/2 hour as our 3 year old was becoming slightly fractious. Also, although the rooms were basically clean the carpet was badly stained, there were marks on the walls and furniture where previous guests must have had spillages which weren't properly cleaned and the bathroom tiles were seriously mildewed. Not what I would have expected of a 4* hotel. |
