The staff were lovely and made you feel so welcome they couldn't do enough for you. They let us check our bag very early and leave it there all day even though we had to check out. So we could enjoy the whole day without carrying our luggage. They have a lovely spa and pool area/jacuzzi They drinks were expensive but the food was reasonable. It was more than a 5 min walk to the town centre than advertise on the internet more like 15 mins. |

It was a nice hotel with staff that were very helpful. The location of the hotel was ideal for our shopping trip and very close to amenities. The facilities at the hotel were very good and reasonably priced. The heating/air conditioning did not work very well during the evening the hotel room was very hot we could cool it down. One of the towels in the bathroom was not clean. |

I thought the room was very comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was discounted, my granddaughter breakfasted gratis and the breakfast staff were very accommodating. My son was up for the marathon and was given an additional 3.5 hours access to his room. This was very generous. The hotel bar was understaffed after the marathon but this was due to the numbers at breakfast and therefore understandable. All in all a very positive experience. |

We liked the Friday night music in the lobby/bar area. Food and drink was available there too and was very good. Breakfast was very high quality food. |

Central location. Great that a three course meal was included for the night and the open top bus tour ticket also included in the price. |

Room was clean and comfortable There were a lot of drunken rowdy guests possibly because it was a Saturday night. The man the next room was violently and loudly sick all Sunday morning. Apart from the noise we got quite worried about him and rang reception. No one answered our call. |

Good location, great facilities. No parking in the hotel meant paying £35 parking in a multi storey for a 3 night stay. |

Location was great, just a short walk from all the shops. Breakfast was lovely, when it was eventually put out. The rooms are a good size and have all you would need. |

Nice spa facilities. I booked a double room for valentines weekend but was given a twin and was told the hotel had been overbooked and there was nothing they could do. Very disapointed. |

When checking in male reservation officer was quiet rude and seemed under pressure. My boyfriend had gone to park up the car and I only had a laser card to pay for check-in, although I had given credit card details when booking. Officer basically said if I didn't get the money he wasn't booking me in - with no explaination. |
