to be honest we were very, very dissapointed about this hotel. location is excellent but the comfort and services were very poor. old designed hotel and definitely not 4 star hotel. we didnt want to have lunch or dinner in hotel couse the food in breakfast were definitely not in good standart. we wont come back here and would not like to recommend to other people, you will realise that the only good thing about this hotel is just location and thats all. there were milion problems - we had to ring to reception to ask fresh towels couse for first time in our expierence housekeeping didnt tidy up our room for some reason when we were out in town all day, then in next morning housekeeping were checking rooms at 9 o clock in the morning, i dont know why, but they opened our room twice, we definitely didnt feel comfortable in this hotel.

It was very clean and well looked after. But because we were so late checking in we could not avail of any of the facilities so I cannot comment on these. It is in a great position for all the night life and shops. May stay again when in Belfast again Customer care course could be looked at by management for some staff

The location and room were perfect for our needs The service at reception and dining room was extremely poor. Also, we had dinner on one of the evenings and had to wait nearly an hour (gas had broken down or something) and when it did arrive the quality was very poor. I had lamb balti. The lamb was tough and the sauce was like tar! Apart from breakfast which was reasonable, I would certainly not recommend the restaurant!

Comfort, Friendly Staff, central location to shops and night life, easy found, quite and relaxing. Only problem we had was trying to get an appointment in the health spa it was fully booked. At breakfast time we went for breakfast at 10am and there was no selection of cereal no orange juice and I had to search round the restaurant for milk for our tea and coffee. But when we were leaving at 11am the staff started to replenise the items I mentioned and as far as i'm aware breakfast ends at 11am so it was to late for these items to be used.

The room service was awful. The first day they arrived to clean the room at 17.00hours. The second day they woke my wife and me up at 08.40 to clean the room. They were also quite rude. I asked to speak to the duty manager but no one was available. I've stayed in a number of holiday Inns but this was the worst experience. It should not have the 'Holiday Inn' tag. The experience reminded me of a 1980s Soviet Russian style of service. I will return to Belfast for a short break but never, ever, to that excuse for a hotel. The staff were extremely unprofessional.

Location. I found hotel staff to be very uninterested, and felt that they lacked in customer relations. On check in our Receptionist did not speak to us directly or welcome us to home. She keep her head down at all times gave no eye contact. Didnt give b/fast times, Dinner Options or even where the room was located. quite rude staff in generall

Gym, pool and spa facilities Was not up to the standard expected. If there were no gym, pool facilities this would be a poor hotel. Upon arrival we were not well greeted and had to wait 10mins at reception as our room was not ready in time. The room was nothing special just standard and bathroom door handle fell off. Lunch in the hotel was very poor. After waiting 20mins for someone to take our order I had to go looking for staff. I ordered 2 sandwiches and a pot of tea. 20 mins later we got our sandwiches on stale bread and no tea! Again I had to seek staff to remind them we were waiting on tea! Very disappointing service.

The staff were fantastic, helpful and polite. The room was very nice indeed and comfortable and it wasn't too expensive either! I'm a little unclear on the booking I made as I made it with my credit card and I thought it was paid for by credit card in advance - turns out my card wasn't billed - so I just paid by cash in the end!

The rooms were very modern, it was centrally located, and very easy to find. Took them nearly 20 minutes to check us in, even though we were there after 2pm.

Great modern hotel in the Heart of Belfast... Walking distance to all major attractions. The front desk staff could have been a bit friendlier.

There was nothing nice about this hotel. This was my second visit. I stayed there 5 years ago. The hotel has deteriorated and the level of service was poor. £1 for a small bottle of water from reception and no drinking water provided in the rooms - what an insult! 4 star? More like 1 star! The food was of very poor quality so we had to eat out. One cup of tea was poured at breakfast which went cold and there was no top up. I asked for a pot of tea for two but there were not small pots available and a large catering pot was porvided as a last resort after a long wait. Ther is no car park and it costs £7.50 per night to park at the public car park nearby. Thanks but no thanks. we will not be back.

We have stayed here a few times before, and it is always very good, clean and comfortable. Well our heating wasn't working, but a heater was very quickly sent up and the the heating was repaired the next day. The pool was freezing !! One of the main reasons we book a hotel is for the spa facilities , which although excellent, were let down by such cold pool water !!

Great central location (10 min walk to City Hall), friendly staff, fantastic double room which was spacious and clean. Nice gym and pool. Bar was pumping on Friday and Saturday night...... Breakfast seemed very pricey for what was on offer.
