Locatie - centraal gelegen, vriendelijk personeel + behulpzaam, ontbijt - fantastische selectie kleinigheidjes/details, maar 1 oplos chocolademelk op een kamer van 2 personen. Waterkoker was beetje veroudert en niet goed onderhouden. Had er geen problemen mee maar het was 1 van de weinigen zaken die verbetert kan worden. |

Goed werkende airo in de kamer. Badkamers erg verouderd, barmeubilair versleten, 10% automatische tip ondanks dat er geen bediening is in de bar. |

Quick visit to Belfast, hotel had everthing we needed at the time Bathroom was not super clean, area around soap dispenser in the bath/shower and tiles a bit yellow/orange needed to be cleaned properly |

Good room. Breakfast was excellent. Leisure centre was very nice. Arrived in room to find that the soap dispenser in shower was empty. Replacement was delivered to room very promptly. Carpets in halls seem grubby. Manager at the breakfast serving was unapologetic about the delay in seating guests. 'Blamed' guests for arriving at the same time although there were numerous tables at the back of the dining room not cleared. Same manager then dscussed shifts and staff loudly in discussion with other staff! Other staff were very good. |

The location was excelllent. The leisure facilities were brilliant. Most unexpected - usually a central location does not have leisure facilities as well. It was also good that breakfast was served until 11.00am at weekends. We were in a smoking room. I did not think to book non smoking, as I thought that with the new legislation there would not be any smoking rooms in the hotel. There were no non smoking rooms available-we did ask. |

Conveniently situated in the centre of Belfast. Facilities in hotel were good - i.e. gym, pool Rooms were shabby with dirty marks on carpets, furniture scratched and in one room the headboard was dirtywith what looked like a spilt drink. In one room the air con didn't work even after repeated requests for it to be looked at. Some reception staff unhelpful - initially given a wrong room (double instead of twins) and not forthcoming on what was included in our package. Restaurant expensive. |
