Location was excellant, close to shops, pubs and the city center, lovely pool availabe to guests, great breakfast. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Front desk staff were poor at best, Our final bill was more than £150 more than that quoted on our booking.com reservation confirmation, took a senior receptionist to sort it out, but there was no problem in the end. |

Tubledryer in Leisure Centre to dry wet cloths. Breakfast v good £25 for overnight car park, hotel did not have any deal with carpark-not good for parking.The hotel room was not aired properly bit musty(smelly).Room on the small side. |

the hotel is in the city and therefore easy to explore the city. the fact that there is no car park.my car was locked in th NCP car park and couldnt get it for early hours of the morning and as a result missed my flight and had to buy new tickets. |

It was handy if you didnt want to be right in the centre of the city but was well within walking distance to shops, pubs etc..... I would have thought that there might have been a discount rate for using the car park which was around the corner. |
