It was clean. freindly and bed was comfortable A light wasn't working in the bathroom and the TV was on and fuzzing, so we had to call for maintance. It was a simple fix which I think should have been spotted before we arrived |

Cheap special offer. Room service took ages - they forgot about our order. Phone didn't work. Food was bad, very small portions and extremely overprices. Fire alarm woke us up. |

The hotel was close to city centre and M25 but not near enough that it was noisy. Hotel also had all the amenaties that you could need and the staff were very pleasant. The bar staff did not speak very good english and we were not told about the outside area which would have been nice to use as it was a very sunny day. |

Clean room I ordered room service and it took 45 mins for a cheese sandwich. I was given my fruit salad free as an apology but then it was only a cut up apple and orange not including sorbet as on menu. |

Lovely soft beds. Cleaning staff put our love hearts on the table in a heart shap on the table....what a lovely touch. The guy on reception was a little grumpy when we first arrived.The girl that dealt with me after that was much better and very helpful. |

The fact that it has a pool is good but there were not enough chairs around the outside to sit and enjoy it for any length of time. Although my bed was comfortable, my friend was on a sofa bed which she said was extremely uncomfortable with insufficient sheets/blankets. |

Warm, comfortable room. Good location. We booked in at the same time as other guests, so check-in took ages, which is not a good thing when you are tired after a long journey. There was only one person on the check-in desk. |

De schone kamer en schoon beddegoed, de tamelijk ruime kamer. De wat bedompte atmosfeer in het gebouw, sober ontbijt. Niet persoonlijk. Voor een overnachting prima te doen, niet voor een stedentrip. |
