far to expensive and after paying £14 each for breakfast we had to wait far to long for things like eggs,bacon, and sausages to come from the kitchen.

The location of the hotel was fine...it suited our needs as we were not only on our own honeymoon, but also in the area for a family wedding.

This hotel is expensive for what you get. I paid full price for breakfast and was not offered any alternatives for the gluten free food that I requested. So I didn't have the full benefit of the expensive cost of the morning meal. I asked for some reduction in the cost of the breakfast but was told no. The duvet on the bed was barely large enough to cover the bed, and when my husband and I got into bed, there was hardly anything covering us. The toilet roll holder was falling apart. Your evening meal at the hotel was very expensive considering the little plate full that we recieved. I think you take advantage of your location a bit too much. If you expect people to use your facilities, you had best do something about your bedrooms and include some gluten free foods....vegetarians have the options as to whether they eat or don't eat certain foods....people with Coeliac Disease don't have that options...we can't eat food with gluten in it at all.

check in easy and on time Pasta was good but given the comment on the steak we wonder how fresh it really was

my steak - certainly medium rare BUT obviously not cooked to order!

Was a bit cold and clinical. The swimming pool was not very nice at all. The showers in the women's changing room were absolutely grim!!

It was what I expected, clean and comfortable

I didn't like being woken up by fellow guest having a screaming match outside my room at 3.10 in the morning. I could not get back to sleep after that and had a full days work to get through. Not the Hotels fault but ypu asked the question...

The staff were lovely, ideal place near the town.

Night life was too quiet, not very friendly

The staff here are very friendly and attentive, when we arrived, at the allotted time, one of our two rooms wasn't quite ready. However we were sent off to the bar with a free drink each to await the second room key. Which was delivered to us in the bar 10mins later. The security is good at this hotel with a doorman checking all keys on our return from a night out.

Breakfast seemed expensive at £13.45 per person on top of the £40 pp room rate, so instead we went 5mins up the road to the Harvester and had a full meal for £5.
