Wi fi is only in the reception area. Wired available in room but both wired and wireless quite expensive compared to most hotels nowadays

Reception staff were very helpful with all our needs. We had put in the wrong month when we booked but this was handled with no fuss. As we were travelling by public transport on this trip the staff went out of their way to look up our onward travel needs, i.e.bus times and frequency. Cannot praise them enough. Thanks for a great stay.

Great location, not far from the High Street or Gidea Park. Reception staff were fantastic.

Room 20 was a little dusty along the skirting boards, but didn't hinder my visit.

Our room was next to a fire door that was opened and closed throughout the night, this made it very difficult to sleep.

Unfortunatly other people staying had very little respect for others weather it was 4 in the afternoon or in the morning,calling loudly to each other and doors banging,so sleep was constantly disturbed,shame, it let the place down

Good value, and generous room size.

Noisy guests passing by in the corridor outside our room late at night and in the early morning. Entrance doors should have some sort of noise reduction fitted to control this.

Ideal location for what we wanted. Nice and clean and staff very helpful.

Reception gave us a room overlooking the car park in case the roadside was noisy but we had no problems.

It was a large family at Warley gathering for which we needed a place to sleep. The hotel met our requirements very well.

The traffic noise was slightly intrusive, and on the saterday night we were woken by other guests banging on another room door

As a regular business traveller, I was completely dissapointed in this hotel. I stayed over the bank holiday weekend, and was horrified to discover that this hotel is used by large groups of youngsters visiting a local night club on weekends. The noise made by these groups was completely unacceptable and the hotel appeared to do nothing about their rowdiness. Both nights of my stay I had hardly any sleep due to the incessant banging of doors, loud conversations and complete lack of consideration for any other guests. I complained after the first night and was moved although this didn't make any difference. Also, the breakfast service didn't start until 7.30am which was too late as I had to leave at that time. The hotel restaurant was closed and I was told that the bar could serve food, although the staff member then rhymed off all the dishes which were off the menu leaving very little choice at over- inflated prices. Other guests were complaining about these issues as I checked out, so I know that I wasn't the only dissapointed (and tired) guest. Having stayed at many hotels, this was possibly the worst experience I've ever had. Don't stay there at weekends if you expect a good night's sleep.
