Rooms were very clean, good location, daytime receptionist lovely Evening receptionist (manager) very rude and un helpful, refused to serve drinks to me and my friend at midnight due to the fact they 'don't serve nightclubbers' even though there was other tables of people sitting at tables with full drinks! Drinks rediculously over priced, 16 pounds for 2 glasses of wine which was not nice! Didn't try the food but heard from others priced waaaaay to high for the quality!!

Location was convenient - hotel is a Holiday Inn what do you expect - not any better than Premier Inn, Holiday Inn Express but more expensive Total rip off for wireless broadband - £10 for 4 hours is outrageous in this era of free wireless broadband at most service facilities - it amounted to 10% of the bill!!!!!

Lovely hotel, very clean and staff were very friendly, only problem we had was we ordered breakfast one morning to be sent to the room it cost well over £30 and it was really disappointing, Definatly not worth the money we paid. Other than that it was a very nice stay and i Definatly recommend it and would stay there again. Breakfast as I refered to earlier, over priced and not up to standard.

It was a poor visit unfortunately and feel put off staying at the holiday inns again which is a shame as I frequently stay away. The breakfast was below standard and the room was untidy and had broken facilities

When we arrived and tried to check out there was a lot of hassle, we always pay cash upon arrival but here we could not and had to give a card or depost to cover all rooms which was a deal because we were not aware of this as only a short trip, would not alow us to pay for the room on arrival

The hotel was convenient to the M25. Unfortunately, the heating in the room didn't work. The hotel was very noisey with guests coming in late at night shouting.

The hotel was extremely close to where I intended to visit whilst in Brentwood. Hotel staff were polite and accomodating to groups and young people. Would stay again if I went back to Brentwood.

The hotel was in a nice area & it was clean with plenty of room.Having night staff on the doors is a really good idea as me & my friends felt safe and secure. The staff were very unfriendly, and even rude in some cases.

The. Gym, pool & spa is the best offer in the hotel. It would just be good to respect the announced times 6.30-22.00 & not 8.00-20.00 The wifi is pure extorsion. Not only you pay a fortune, but you are limited in number of devices so if you have laptop, iphone & ipad, you pay twice. For me £41 for 2 nights. The worst deal in the world & staff only agree without offering anything !!! We did book an executive room for bigger bed. Didn't seem to be the case in 206.

Great location, not far from the High Street or Gidea Park. Reception staff were fantastic. Room 20 was a little dusty along the skirting boards, but didn't hinder my visit.

Ideal location for a business event at o2 in London. Working in Brentwood meant it was easier for me to return to work in the morning all refreshed (no traffic) The fact that the room was booked for 2 people but only one dressing gown and only one complimentary bottle of water. Other than that it was fine.

Staff were always helpfull,room was good size and comfortable,thank you Unfortunatly other people staying had very little respect for others weather it was 4 in the afternoon or in the morning,calling loudly to each other and doors banging,so sleep was constantly disturbed,shame, it let the place down

We arrived after 2pm. Our hotel rooms were not ready til 3.45pm. There were 4 of us. We were given five vouchers to get a drink at the bar. On ordering 4 drinks, we were told 2 of them had to paid for, as we were only supposed to order wine or lager. It did not say that on the voucher. After I said I was going to complain, we had them for free. The hotel ran out of Vodka. The tv didnt work in one of the rooms. Was kept awake all night by young girls and guys, running into each others rooms, shouting and slamming doors.
