Nice building. Generally clean and tidy. Nice dining area. Breakfast was very good. Strong smell of cigarette smoke in some corridors making it unpleasent to walk to the room. Room clean and tidy but needed some refurbishment and a new carpet. Traffic noise was bad despite the double glazing.

Rooms were good nice and clean. After sorting out the issue it was a good stay. The reception staff made me feel unwelcome as there was a mix up in the name on the booking screen not on my side she basically said there is no room booked under my address even thought the name and email address were mine and my mobile number was right after a bit the problem was resolved after causing worry and distress to my wife.

lovely and clean, warm, good facilities. i.e. flat screen tv. iron, nice shower products. nice friendly staff. 3 of the 4 rooms we booked were nice and quiet. we booked 4 rooms, 2 people in each. one of the rooms had some kind of awful grinding noise, either heating or pipes or something, all night long. They were not happy. would like a larger bed next time too.

I liked the fact there were many other restaurant options close by considering the location and the staff were extremely helpful and pleasent. The only thing I didnt like were the prices of the food within the holiday inn. We would have liked to eat at the hotel but found the prices were too high. Especially the breakfast option of £10 per person.

It was close to the party venue we wer attending. The room we stayed in was a smoking room. I booked it thinking it was a mistake as I thought that smoking was banned in all public places,I was told that smoking is still permitted in hotels. Being none smokers, the room absolutely stunk to high heaven and we had to wash all our clothes when we got home because of the stale smoke smell. I think a smoking ban should mean a smoking ban and this disgusting habit should be kept to smokers own homes. Be brave Holiday inn and introduce a total ban!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good sized and clean rooms, staff friendly and helpful. I had a bar meal which was good, the main restaurant looked good, but a little pricey Buffet breakfast - as with all buffets, timing is everything.I think I got the timing wrong. Eggs were a bit rubbery, bacon not hot, the sausages were nice though. Ask for poached eggs,as these are made to order.

Rooms were quiet, clean. Food excellent staff friendly and helpful. Location in as much that access to hotel is only from A55 West and coming from mold area is a nightmare as the A55 west is badly sign posted. The beds were not as comfortable as some of your competitors and the bathrooms are smaller than some of your competitors, as the toilet is badly placed and you have to be fairly petite to use it comfortably

Room was clean and comfortable. Decor was reasonable. It was quiet at night. Tea making facilities in room contained one packet of 3 biscuits!! - (double room for two people) We had great debate about who would get the extra biscuit. Mentioned this when checking out and was advised that the household staff would not have known that there were 2 people in the room for 2 nights and we should have brought it to their attention !!! Breakfast was chaotic, lack of supervision, confusion, lack of plates, reducing menu within the allotted time period. The reading lamps on wall behind the bed were too big and high for restricted light spread.

Room was pretty big and comfortable, cleaned. Upon check-in, no information was given. I just was asked to sign a paper to authorize to charge my card in case of anything extra (breakfast not included), and nothing like this was said. I didn't even know the check out time as it wasn't written !
