Friendly staff. Easy to get too. Parking good. Cleanliness of hotel

We were positioned next to the lift and unfortunately it kept us awake for most of the night together with some drunken men having a row outside the front door in the early hours of the morning. We came for my daughter to play tennis all the next day and for us to have a good nights sleep. This did not happen and we were both tired by the end of the day and then having to drive back home (2.15hrs).

Xmas party was happening and the music was rather too loud for any guest not involved!

During the first nights stay there was a little bit of noise from parties leaving the hotel at 1am in the morning. As I had an early start the following day I mentioned it to the reception staff and they made sure the same thing didn't happen again which was excellent and we had a good nights sleep.

Food for the evening meal in the restgurant was very poor value. Breakfast was ok,

The hotel was nice and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful.

There wasn't anything I didn't like, however the bedside lights didn't work so maybe staff should check them regularly.

Reasonably convenient for Rockingham circuit. Although on road junction, traffic noise was not too bad. Good price for room. Facilities such as gym available.

Took a little too long to book in to 2 rooms. Ate in restaurant on first night, price was a la carte but food not great. Saturday night could not get table in restauarant as too busy, would have preferred to have been told that straight away instead staff told by manager to tell us we could wait and they would let us know when table available. Not a good idea, waited too long then gave up and ate in bar. This wasn't easy as tables too low to eat at. Bar meals very expensive but good, in fact preferred meal in bar to that in restaurant.

We stayed one night here, booking 2 rooms at last minute low prices, staff were very friendly and helpful,. Nice not to check out till 12pm :) the bed was comfy,the room was very warm at night and didn't realise there was air con in the rooms till 2am! So maybe this needs to be pointed out. Comfy hotel easy to find and nice pool facilities althou the jacuzzi wasn't working. We didn't eat at the hotel so cannot comment on food, receptionist was very helpful finding us a great Indian restaurant for dinner,would stay again if venturing to Corby, we visited to take the kids to an indoor skate park.
