Une seule nuit dans cet hotel ne me permet pas d'apporter d'autres jugements au delà des questions précédentes |

Very convenient coming from the airport. The standard of the room. Nice outlook over the zoo. Very comfortable. Free newspapers. Quiet. The price of the breakfast (which we did not have.) To be fair it was stated at the time of booking so we were aware of it. |

The hotel was well staffed and had good security, a good number of lifts also. The fact that you have to pay for breakfast, if you go to any hotel these days you can usually get a free breakfast either continental or cooked. When looking to book I usually book a hotel with free breakfast. The bigger type of hotel like this one will charge you for a continental which i feel should be free. |

My children enjoyed the pool however a child was sick in the pool which pool staff only scooped the vomit from the pool. I expected a deeper clean due to the current swine flu epidemic. The room was fine for the money, breakfast was good value as under 12's eat free. Diner for the children was again free for under 12's but lacking in friut and veg, not all kids like deep fryed fish/chicken nuggets. |

The room was old and tired. We were not provided with enough towels and had to ask 3 times to get more. The room was billed as a family room - it was tiny. By the time we had put our luggage down there ws not a lot of floorspace. We had a view of the car park. I would not stay there again. |

The staff very friendly and cheerful. Acces to the Edinburgh Zoo was the main reason for selection as this was a family trip. |

Nice hotel in a nice area. Local transport stopped right outside the door and took you straight into the city centre and was very regular. Parking was a bit sparse and could have been explained a bit more in the description.Overflow parking was in the zoo car park and would have been charged through the day. |

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The shower curtains could do with being replaced with glass screens to save the bathroom flooding every time you have a shower |

It was a comfortable, friendly place where you could go about your daily activities without being hassled. The food was tasty. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel was closed when we really wanted one on Sunday evening. |

It had a nice gym and some diffrent resturangs to chose from. The staff was good. The room was maybe a bit small since they had tried to put in a sofa and table to. The internet was a bit expensive. Otherwise nothing to complain over. |

You have to reserve the use of the swimming pool and if there is many people you only can use it for about 30 min. |

We liked the view over south Edinburgh. I did not like queuing for breakfast, we are vegetarians and only wanted fruit and eggs. We had an upgrade to executive but only had one bath robe, no slippers and no gift. One bar of chocolate and one chocolate drink do not make an executive room. |

We had excellent service from Sandy who was great with the kids, he helped make the stay memorable. Great room perfect for our needs. The food was excellent and I felt no need to leave to eat out. No criticism what so ever. Brilliant weekend, thanks! |

Clean, nice and relaxing hotel. I slept like a baby. I enjoyed the "pillows menu". The staff was very helpful. The room was a bit too expensive although relatively average priced for this city. The breakfast was more than expensive. We had all meals in the city and it was great, for sometimes a third of the value asked at the hotel. |

The service i received was absolutely brillant although i did extend my stay to 3 days but the last room they give me was absolutely horrible its an empty room just the bed and television, the broadband too expensive, no fridge, iron and ironing board the bathroom was so small and the mattress was so soft for someone with a prolaspe. I was really flabbergasted with the room compared to the previous room. |
