Allways enjoy staying here. Services, facilities and location are excellent. The standard of food regarding evening dining is very good indeed - the range of menu is comprehensive with standard favourites and new tings to try. Waiters are really good - knowledgeable and unobtrusive and very professional. The standard of Customer Care throughout the Hotel is excellent and always consistently high. A good level of staff training and selection is obviously in place. This standard never drops I am pleased to say - long may it continue. I find that nothing is too much trouble for the staff here.

Convenient access to everything within the city centre. There was a constant noise coming from a generator or exhaust vent out side the room which kept me awake during the night. Apart from that everything was great. Also, there is a Holiday Inn Express attached to this hotel which offers a room and breakfast at half the price of this hotel had I known that I would probably have booked there instead.

Fantastic hotel. Reasonable price for a city centre hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Best buffet breakfast we have ever had in a hotel of this standard. All items on the breakfast menu were freshly cooked and hot which is unusual for a buffet. Restaurant staff were very efficient and eager to please the customer. Excellent hotel overall.

I liked the location just across the road from the Royal Concert Hall. My room seemed to be sound proofed and so it was nice and quite even though it was next to an elevator. My room was also near to a ventilation shaft and yet once the window was closed I heard nothing. I liked the buffet breakfast, very nice. A bit pricey for a rather small room. The tv system was rather frustrating. The window was difficult to close I had to get someone from the reception to close it on my behalf.

Excellent service, nice atmosphere in the hotel. Had dinner one night at La Bonne Auberge restaurant and it was superb! We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay and would definetley return to the hi Theatreland. We had requested a quiet room at the rear of the hotel which was good as I am a light sleeper, never heard a thing. Maybe it was the St Mungo beer made at the local west brewery, try it. The beds were too soft for me as my wife and I are used to a firm bed but that was the only negative

The location (especially for Concert Hall) was fabulous and for the shops too. The hotel was extremely clean, with a modern but cosy feeling. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was more than adequate and good value for money. Loved the fact that you did not have to check out until Noon, which gave us more shopping time. It was a bit bonus. There wasn't anything not to like about it (maybe more bar staff on after the theatre had finished, very long slow queues at the bar).

Very conveniently located for shopping, theatres and public transport. The attached restaurant is nothing short of magnificent whether it be for breakfast or dinner. Excellent selection also of single malts at reasonable prices. Although several things went wrong during my stay...almost a Comedy of Errors...the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Their professional, good humored and caring attitude made my experience a really pleasant one. I would particularly mention Niamh and Maureen in this regard. They turned a potentially disappointing stay into a lovely experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Locacation was very good for where I needed to go ( passport office ) close to shops and bars We thought the room was quite basic even though it was an executive double. The menu for the dinning room could be more varied. Breakfast wasn't very good for a 4star hotel. Unfortunatly the corridor we stayed in was having the heating/ airconditioning units replaced in the rooms but the rooms were still let out.

The hotel is ideally located for travellers coming to the city by bus. It is close to theatres, cinema, and shops. Plenty to see and do in Glasgow. We particularly enjoyed our trip to Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum and the Peoples Palace. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. We had our evening meal in the restaurant and enjoyed it very much. Good atmosphere! The breakfast was lovely.Room was spotless and well fitted out.
