Excellent location for shopping in Glasgow. Central hotel with good transport links within Glasgow Only one socket available in the room which was of not use for moulded plugs as it was too low to the dressing table. |

The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The hotel was very well located for "retail therapy"! As I was staying on my own, I intended to eat in the bar, but this was too small and crowded for the number of patrons and I ended up having to have room service, which was a bit lonely. |

There is good service inn the resepsjon, order taxi inn the nighet for early next morning to the airport. Nice room. Close to the shopping. the hotel vas in the city. littel noise into the room. |

I like the location of the hotel which was central to all of glasgows sights and amenities, although the area was sometimes very rowdy. When we were shown to our hotel room we found that the central heating was not operating properly,it was absolutely freezing,even when a heater was installed,it was still unsatisfactory. |

Was put in smoking room whilst booking form stated non-smoking preference, this led to wifes allergies flaring and becoming ill. Also for 4 star hotel I would've expected better standard room facilities. |
