Meal was overpriced and poorly cooked.

Extremely convenient to Glasgow Int'l Airport.

Thought there should be a place in the hotel where Internet would be free. Very expensive if want to buy connectivity. Also, only a breakfast buffet was available, ended up going across street so could get a meal for less money (and less food).

The location is excellent. The room was clean and well appointed. The bathroom also. The staff on check-in were pleasant and helpful.The price for the room was reasonable.

The cost of Wi-Fi and breakfast is far too high (more than Pounds 30 for two) so we did not avail of either. If the cost of breakfast was 50% lower then this would have been ok. I cannot think of a hotel chain which charges so much for Wi-Fi for one day. Is this not a standard service like air con, clean sheets and hot water nowadays? As a shareholder I am disappointed. This is not the progressive attitude I expected from Inter Continental Hotels..

The location was fantastic!! We dropped our luggage off at the hotel, then returned our rental car. We then walked the 3 minutes back to the hotel! It was that close!. The room was small, but well-designed & the beds were comfortable. The dinner was excellent & not over-priced.

Friendly receptionist after a late flight back from Malaga. Lovely, clean and comfy room to sleep in when very tired. Tea and coffee making facilities. Really good price.

May have had breakfast in the morning but thought it was very expensive. There was no information in the room for variation on prices if for instance you only fancied a continental breakfast.

Could do with a Refurb!

The location can't be beat. You walk out of the hotel and directly across the road into the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was not included in the room rate, and it was quite expensive to buy it at the restaurant, in comparison to other places we've stayed. We ate at the airport. Also, wifi was £3 for 1 hour. With today's day of free wifi in almost every hotel, we thought that was kind of chintzy.

After having coffee at Starbucks in hotel I was violently sick for next 18 hours and was unable to leave room from 7pm Friday until checkout 12noon Sunday. Completely ruined our weekend away. Eight days later still awaiting feedback from hotel.

as a smoker I was delighted to have a smoking room

I was happy with my stay and I will be booking again for December 14/12/2013
