Breakfast, ease of payment, comfort and standard of rooms, proximity to airport terminal. Lack of parking at the hotel and cost of parking in nearby ncp. |

Easily accessible to and from M8 and airport terminal. Very welcoming on arrival. Good choice for buffet breakfast, restaurant and bar menu. Food very good. Staff extremely friendly, courteous and helpful, nothing too much trouble for them. Good size rooms, pillow menu available, bathroom spotless. Very much enjoyed our stay. Only minor disappointment was that reception staff when checking out didn't ask whether we enjoyed our visit or had any problems during our stay. Very different from when checking in. |

It was easy to get to the airport, right across the road. Only thing that I would say is that the Housekeeping staff tried to get into the room at 8.45am. Then knocked again at 11.45am. We did not have to check out until 12. |

We liked the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel, the courteous, friendly and most helpful staff, and very much appreciated the service of the curtesy shuttle bus service which you offer to downtown Glasgow. We especially like the idea of being able to take the bus and be picked up, at various times of the day and evening. We also appreciated the friendliness and punctuality of the drivers. Just thought that the prices for food and meals were a wee bit pricey. |

Breakfast choices, friendly staff, quick checkout Room was small for a double, if there had been two of us it would have been a bit of a struggle to get ready |

only hotel available due to a big conference in Glasgow (which I was attending) Magnetic keys not working (needed recharge every 12h), customers requested to pay their bill as soon as it exceeds £500 (never happened before, am I too lucky?), fire alarm test on Saturday 9am creating a mess and preventing people to check out ...this for £130 a night + £13 for breakfast --definitely little value for money. (note: nice breakfast at the airport at 3 min & half price) |

Very easy to find. The website says only 10 mins from Hampden stadium (concert), I believe this was misleading as there was quite a difference as a taxi was between 30-40 minutes, costing between £18-25. Therefore I would opt to stay further into the city next time. However the hotel was very good. |
