Holiday Inn Glasgow Airport  

The airport is literally right across the street from the airport. It took under a minute to walk from the door of the hotel to the door of the departure terminal.

The shower was the noisiest i've ever heard from the pipes, and the room could use a little updating, but I guess for the price and location it can't be beat.

My room was draughty but the heating system was terribly noisy.

We were very pleased with the Holiday Inn. Will definitely stay there again.

The convenience for airport, also the cleanliness and service was first class would definetly book again could not find fault.

Holiday Inn's location was excellent - it was convenient to the airport and we were able to walk to the terminal withour incurring a taxi fare. It was also well situated for returning the hire car after travelling around Scotland. The staff were most obliging and the room was spacious, well appointed and clean. Breakfast was included in the tariff and was nutritious and appertizing. The Holiday Inn is some distance from Glasgow city, but for our purposes - flying out the next day - is was perfect. Also check-out was 12:00 so there was not a rush to pack up after our breakfast. This was the first time that I had booked accommodation at the 'last minute' without organising before our holiday departure and so I was pleasantly surprised that everything turned out so well.

Staff were very friendly and helpful

The first room we ere offered had dirty towels on the bed and the bathroom. The second room was better but had crumbs on a chair and the bin in the bathroom had not been emptied.

Location is excellent, no hassle for getting to early morning flights.

Was allocated an end room which was on the small side. Don't know whether they are all the same. No hot chocolate in the tea/coffee tray, no biscuits. Food mediocre and expensive.

Easy to access, very convenient for next day flight and staff very helpful

The hotel was ideally situated for our intended local visit. A member of the hotel staff assisted finding us a convenient parking place for our car, which was very much appreciated as the car park looked full and we were travelling with a young child. Check in and check out staff very friendly and efficient

Bar, Food and Breakfast was very good along with location relevant to our business needs.

Our wash basin was blocked and our bath outlet was very slow. The wash basin was unblocked very quickly by the service staff but unfortunately, when we discovered the problem with the bath, the service staff was unavailble. We were offered another room which we declined for personal reasons. We were then offered complimentay breakfast whic we enjoyed. The room cleaner should have reported these problems to the hotel manager before guests were let into the rooms.
