Friendly staff & good breakfast. Extremely close to airport (2 min walk to check in desks) so ideal for early flight departure. Room was bit grubby, especially in the bathroom. Hairs in bath & sink, marks & stains on walls. Not filthy but could have been much better. |

Very handy to the airport. I only stayed one night and had an early flight. The hotel was comfortable and well placed for this. |

staff very helpful,rooms v.g standard,restaurant v.g value,excellent for overnight stay for g.gow airport(early flight especially) took stress out of travelling. |

Convenient location - near airport and car rentals. Room was in disrepair - desperate need of upgrade. Room was not clean - stains, hair everywhere. Charge for internet - should be complimentary. Charge for continental breakfast - should be complimentary as in other Holiday Inn hotels. Front desk staff not particularly friendly. Over priced - not good value! |

The hotel are in the good location I thinking that the internet was free but it's not free you must pay for it by your visa as they told us. |

The ease of immediate internet booking and the professionalism of you reception staff when we arrived and no trace of the booking was immediately available - but it was eventually found with no hassle nor problem, you have good and very helpful reception staff. The hotel was very comfortable and convenient. The staff were very helpful organising taxis etc.Check in and checkout very quick and easy and the hotel has parking facilities. |

Easily accessible to and from M8 and airport terminal. Very welcoming on arrival. Good choice for buffet breakfast, restaurant and bar menu. Food very good. Staff extremely friendly, courteous and helpful, nothing too much trouble for them. Good size rooms, pillow menu available, bathroom spotless. Very much enjoyed our stay. Only minor disappointment was that reception staff when checking out didn't ask whether we enjoyed our visit or had any problems during our stay. Very different from when checking in. |

It was easy to get to the airport, right across the road. Only thing that I would say is that the Housekeeping staff tried to get into the room at 8.45am. Then knocked again at 11.45am. We did not have to check out until 12. |
