The staff were friendly and the room clean

The shaver point was not safe. Althouigh it was reported nothing was done and it wasn't mentioned. We reported it again on their feedback form.

I thought the cost of Wi Fi too high. If I was travelling for business I would select another Hotel (prob Premiere Inn next door) for the free wi Fi

The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel was very clean and the food was good. Not a noisy hotel.

The double beds could be a little larger.

The fact that breakfast was not included and then we had to pay £12.95 each, the items in breakfast are sat keeping warm so its not cooked to order. The fried eggs were hard and did not have runny yolks.

A very relaxed atmosphere with staff who were polite, friendly and helpful at all times.

Mould around the bath and a grubby shower curtain if I had to mention anything.

The room was very comfortable with lots of extras,a pity that we didn't spend more time in it as we were busy settling our son into his lodgings!

There was a shortage of milk sachets in the room supply(enough for one cup per person),which was surprising considering the variety of other items.

Very very good, value for money hotel. Everything you could want in this price bracket. Air conditioning a big plus. The staff were very professional but at the same time very freindly and helpful. Will definateley stay again when in the area.

Mould on the bathroom ceiling, expensive breakfasts, charged up front when the staff said they were taking an imprint, overall not as good an experience as when I last stayed

We arrived mid afternoon Saturday, had a great room with a comfy double bed, tea and coffee making equipment and a nice view. We had a refreshing shower and then with very helpful information from the desk and a map we walked a mile into the city centre along the canal. It took 20 mins or you could get a cab, and we had dinner and then went to a show on Saturday evening. On Sunday after an excellent breakfast we walked into the city centre, along the canal, taking more time to look at all the canal boats and watched a maual lock being operated which also has a pub on the lock and saw the wild life. We visited the Castle and Broadyard and walked around the city and its great shopping area. A very lovely weekend break.
