Sensibly priced, good quality hotel in a decent location - right opposite Gloucestor Road tube Breakfast is not great for the price - but you can always wander across the road to one or other of the local cafes

Hotel was very clean and staff very hekpful I urgently needed some documents printing but the printers did not connect.this made me very rushed as I had a meeting in the morning. One of the ladies on ther front desk took over and found another printer and gave me the documents as I checked out. She was very helpful.

The hotel is in an excellent location, a few steps away from Gloucester Rd. Station which is served by the Picadilly, District and Circle lines which take directly to a lot of the main areas of central London. We got to actually enjoy our weekend away, without having to worry about transportation and organising to be on time for events. Other than that the rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. Would stay there again! The room was a little stuffy, so the air conditioning had to be switched on. It would have been nice to have bath robes but I suppose these days hotels provide these less and less.

Staff was very helpful and quick to respond to all requests. I was travelling with friends and they modified the room to dual double bed for no extra cost. Having a sauna is a great plus as well.

Crowne Plaza was near to both the subway and the bus station and thus approximately 15 minutes from the main shopping streets and some attractions. The concierge was very helpful and had very good suggestions regarding transportation, eating and sightseening. The room was very nice, clean and quite, while the bed was very comfortable. The only thing I didn't like, was breakfast.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a 40th birthday get together at the hotel and the staff could not have been more helpful, friendly and welcoming. Thanks Georgio and all the other staff. Despite there being a problem with the agency chef not turning up making the service slow the food was great and we all had a wonderful time. The hotel has a fabulous garden which, given it's in the centre of London, is a real luxury. Rooms were reasonably priced, spacious by London standards and very clean.

A fekvése. Este későn érkeztünk. Adtak kettőnknek egy akkora szobát, ami egy gyereknek is kicsi lett volna. Az ágyban alig fértünk el. A barátaink normális méretű kétágyas szobát kaptak. Másnap reggel ugyan nekünk is kicserélték a szobát egy nagyobbra, de a rossz szájíz megmaradt. A következő meglepetés a reggelinél ért. Nekünk duplaáron számolták fel a szegényes reggelit, mert nem volt voucherünk, amivel kedezményt kaptunk volna. A recepciónál lehetett megvenni 8 fontért/fő/reggeli, de nekünk nem ajánlották fel, ezért az első nap két személyre közel 35 fontot számoltak fel a reggelire. Igényeltünk mi is. Adtak, de csak egy személyre. Szóval a személyzet a recepciónál nem állt a helyzet magaslatán. Készülj fel, ha nem adsz borravalót, nem köszönnek.

Quarto e cama muito confortaveis. Cafe da manha muito bom. Bom atendimento pelo staff do hotel. Hotel muito bem localizado, na porta do metro e com farmacia e mercado do outro lado da rua!

Top Lage, sehr nett innen renoviert, gemütliche Atmosphäre sowohl für Business Reisende wie auch für Touristen Einige Mitarbeiter waren leider sehr unfreundlich. Bei der Bezahlung gab es seitens des Hotels Probleme mit dem gebuchten und bestätigten Preis: das Hotel wollte hier die Kunden abziehen.

Storleken på rummet Service var obeskrivligt shoddy. Anlände sent på måndag. Det var värmebölja I London 27 - 29 C. Det fanns enbart duntäcke på rummet, ingen filt. På tisdag kl 0830 ringde jag till städet och bad om att få en filt. Det fanns en särskild rubrik I hotellinfo om utbyte av duvet mot blanket. Man lovade att den skulle komma. åTervände 3pm: ingen filt. Gick ut I korridoren och hittade en dam som verkade ha cheffunktion. Brättade. Hon lovade ordna det. Gick ut igen. åEtvände efter drygt 2tim. Filt packad I plast fanns nu på rummet men ingen att stoppa den I. Gick ut I korr igen, hittade en annan dam som efter ett tag kom åter och stoppade in filten I ett påslakan. 10 tim för att få en filt! På tisdag gjordes ingen rumsstädning eller linne eller handduksbyte at all. Klagade. Städpersonalen ljög och sade att jag hade haft röd skylt på dörren hela dagen Sanningen är att jag gick ut 0900 och tog då in skylten återvände 1500 - 1530 (behövde toan) och gick sen ut igen till 1900. Tog ner skýlten när jag gick ut. Dessutom skitigt rum hela tiden. Heltäckningsmattan med mörka, gula och obeskrivbara fläckar. Säkert inte steancleaned sen åtminstone 5 år. Dålig dammsugning. Ej rent I bad. Har bott på många Crown Plaza I usa, alltid toppklass. Men. Naturligtvis kan man inte befgära det I England. Folket är skitiga och kan alltså inte se skiten omkring sig. Jag har jobba I Storbrittanien I 14 år!

Good hotel at the price. The hotel is modern and clean and by London standards the rooms are a good size. The location is great near shopping, Kensington gardens and there are a lot of good pubs and restaurants nearby. Not much to dislike. Only minor complaints were that the pillows were too hard and the shower was not very powerful. The hotel should ditch the baths and just do walk-in showers.

Very close to the tube station. The area is lively and near to central london. Staff were helpful The hallway infront of my room was noisy and housekeeping used to take loudly to each other.. The wall are thin..you can hear what the other ppl in the room next to you are doing !!

We hadden een standaard kamer voor drie nachten (2-persoons bed). De kamer was klein, maar comfortabel. Het hotel geeft kleine flesjes met aroma therapie voor een goede nachtrust; erg leuk. De locatie is ideaal, op twee minuten van metrostation Gloucester Road, een supermarkt aan de overkant en genoeg restaurants in de buurt. Ook het V&A-museum, Science museum en Royal Albert Hall zijn op loopafstand. Het was erg warm in de kamer, zelfs met de airconditioning. Het raam kon niet open.

Quedamos muy conformes con el hotel en general, hablamos español y nos sorprendio encontrarnos con personal que hablaba nuestro mismo idioma y se esmero en hacernos sentir muy comodos. La ciudad nos encanto, si volvemos lo eligiria nuevamente. La unica observacion, es con respecto al placard, muy chico en relacion a lo espaciosa y comoda que es la habitacion, el resto perfecto
