Excellent for access to the Airport Staff were very unhelpful, miserable, and did'nt really cared if we stayed there or not, will probably send a letter of complaint. Doors often opened in the wrong direction making it difficult with a luggage trolley |

Close to Heathrow The reception was dreadful, There were about 15 people arrived together and it was very badly handled., extremely slow. A senior person came in took a look and wantered off. Another receptionist came in, processed one person and wandeed off. It really was very bad. |

Easy access to Hotel Straight faced face person at reception without any friendly attitude. Strong odour in the room. The strange reception person didn't tell that I will have to pay for the taxi (when I asked about the shuttle service he said yes, it is available which made me think it was free as it was shuttle service. At airport I found out by the drive that I've to pay him and by not having any cash made me panic and put me in under undue stress to find out cash machine at airport and I almost missed my flight as I prefer to check in late in order to avoid wasting my time sitting in departure lounge and that was one of the reason I was staying near airport.) |

a clean bed and a good shower for transit passengers waiting for connecting flights at less than 50 pounds. there is no vending machine for bottled water, there is no convenient shops in the vicinity to buy anything, the room had a stale cigarette odour, the staff wore a bored grudging look and did not like to be spoke to. |

The facility is very convenient. The food is good and the feel of the hotel is very international. The staff were not helpful at all... the 1st words out of their mouth was either "no" or "we cannot do that..." |

By European standards it is okay and it is close to the airport. Need to know that a taxi is the same price as the shuttle and a lot more convenient. The shuttles are slow, dont help you with your bags and the only reason for using them is that you dont know that they are 4pounds per person the same as a taxi. |

the room was of good quality the food was not of a high standard, the staff were pleasant but rarely did anything you asked. they failed to book an early morning call and a taxi for the morning of our departure. both myself and partner suffered stomach discomfort in the morning after eating in the bar area. |

It was spacious compared to most other hotels we stayed at in Europe. The staff depended on who you got, in the afternoon they were curt and dismissive, and in the morning they were friendly and helpful. It seemed we were not the usual customers. Most of the people there were business men & women, while we were a young sight-seeing couple. We felt a little out of place, but we were in Europe so it was only the beggining of that feeling! |

Convenient, although there was no bus service to terminal 4 and we had to take a taxi. Service was fast and efficient. Considering that there is nothing that one can walk to fromthe H9liday Inn, the range of hotel services was very useful. No bus service to terminal 4. We stayed at the hotel so that we could make a quick getaway in the morning, and although it was quick, it was pricy because we had to call a cab. The entire hotel was pricey. It was clearly designed for business travelers, and charging business accounts is fine, but there needs to be alternates for families. |

Great value for the money. Very clean and comfortable with quite good food available in the bar and dining room and the location was ideal for staging at Heathrow Airport for an early morning flight to the usa. |
