Proximity to airport for an early moring departure.

The booking confirmation from your office indicated transportation from airport to hotel via Hoppa bus is available. It did not specify at a cost I.E. gbp 4.50 each. We did not have GPB's on arrival so it became an issue with the bus driver. He indicated that most clients that book online are of the opinion that it is a free ride. It isn't and perhaps you should indicate same on your confirmation.

Despite being so close to the airport it was reasonably quite hotel and staff were very friendly.

Its proximity to the airport was very welcome. The staff was attentive and pleasant to deal with.

It would have been nice if there was complimentary internet in the rooms rather than limited free wifi in the lobby.

Convient for early flight from Heathrow Airport. Friendly staff and good value.

Good location close to Heathrow. Room was good value for money.free buses are 105 111 etc make sure you get Holiday inn bath road 2nd stop on the bus. You use u3 to go back from the same bus stop. Free bus is 2 minutes walk so no point paying £4.50 each way for the shuttle.

Everything. After a very disappointing 4 night stay at Fraser Place Queen's Gate, Holiday Inn was a God Send. With Fraser Place being my second disappointment in London [after Ridges last year], Holiday Inn came in as a savior [and amazingly at almost half the price!!!] and I have now found my ideal place in London. Thank you, Holiday Inn, for those warm 2 nights.

I feel the inclusion of safe in the room would have made this a complete hotel.

It was not really easy to find. There was a whole in the tiles on the bathroom floor which was quite dangerous. Despite having booked months ahead and calling early to say I was arriving very late I was told it was the only room available and actually should not be rented at all.

Good location - great access to the airport and easy to catch the train back to the city

Good and friendly staff who made us feel we were almost at home. The food was also good.

1.Although when leaving we obtained help with bringing our luggage down from our room to the front lobby and even to the bus outside, no such help was offered on our arrival and we took our luggage up ourselves with some difficulty as the trolleys are not easy for the inexperienced to handle. 2.The computers for guest use were not programmed very well to make them simple to use for the despatch of e-mail.

It was really clean and modern. The room contained all we needed for an overnight stay. The reason we stayed there was to be close to the airport for an early morning flight and it served that purpose well. The check in staff were really helpful as I had made a mistake with my booking, but she fixed it up with no problems. It was also good to be able to have a meal delivered to our room as we could relax. We walked from Avis rental cars, though it was a 30 minute walk. For a London airport hotel and the standard, I felt it was good value for money. Though we didn't need it, I liked the fact you could purchase items you may have forgotten (like toothpaste) from vending machines.

The meals in the restaurant were quite expensive, we opted for a platter. As we had no transport to go elsewhere, the hotel was our only option. The Shuttle Bus was helpful but we didn't realise it was a shared shuttle bus with other hotels. Had we known we would have taken the earlier bus as we only just made it for our flight. Your website made it clear there was a charge and how much, but it would have been helpful to know the trip would take in other hotels and took about 30 minutes. We did find the hotel difficult to find as it's tucked away in a side street that looks like a housing estate. A map of the location or a gps is essential. There is another Holiday Inn in Bath Road, so it can be confusing. Make sure you get the right address.

There are 2 holiday inns on the same rd by heathrow they should specify more clearly ... Cost us. a 10 £ taxi ride to get back up the street
