La pulizia dell'albergo e la vicinanza all'aereporto 1. Non esserci una navetta di collegamento tra i 3 alberghi holiday inn. 2. I 3 alberghi si chiamano tutti holiday inn london heathrow (creano molta confusione) 3. I portieri non sono corretti (fare) con i turisti, perché propongono solo servizi a paamento ( su cui probabilmente hanno le commissioni) e non quelli gratuiti. |

Ho apprezzato la pulizia e il confort della camera e il rapporto qualità/prezzo essendo collocato in una delle città europee più grandi. La temperatura interna della camera era un pò alta e la finestra era bloccata pertanto non si poteva cambiare aria e per rinfrescare un pò bisognava accendere l'aria condizionata, comunque non è niente di grave. |

Ottima stanza spaziosa e luminosa, arredamento moderno, ottima tariffa e vicinanza alláeroporto, dovevamo prendere il volo alle 7 am, la navetta funziona direttamente dalle ore 4 di mattino. Pulizie nel bagno, asciugamani macchiati...... |

Vicinanza all' aeroporto Nel week-end il ristorante fa solo buffet a prezzo fisso ( nn si puo' ordinare nulla a la carte ) ed il costo è elevato rispetto alla qualità e la scelta del buffett. Inoltre il bere è a parte!!!! |

Location. Quite close to the Airport. Clean and hassle free rooms. Wireless Internet costs money, which is in my opinion just not appropriate for a contemporary hotel. |

Cleanliness and amenities were very good. Room was comfortable and spacious compared to many other hotels in Europe. Fiinding this hotel was damn near impossible (repeat IMPOSSIBLE)! We had a GPS which took us to one of the other Holiday Inns nearby. They provided a map and directions that were worthless. Clearly, they did not know street names. After driving around for 20 minutes we stumbled upon it. Explicit directions are absolutely required! |

That Hertz car rental shuttle, after I had dropped off the car, allowed me to alight within walking distance of the hotel. Dinner in the evening was excellent. Findings the hotel was a nightmare. Being charged £10 for parking the rental car for less than 30 minutes (time to register and take luggage to room) was refunded but only after lengthy explanation and argument. Information on checking in, which should have been given, was not. Staff need training. Location and access to hotel shows lack of understanding of the service necessary for the traveler. There are many more hotels in the area and this one will not see me again. |

The hotel was an ideal location to get to the airport, very quiet for where it was situated, and very comfortable, the staff were always courteous and helpful. |

Very comfortable room. Staff was helpful with airline information. Easy access to terminal at Heathrow. Difficult access from highway. Not clear. With three Holiday Inns in the area, it took a very long time to find the right one. |

Nice, clean, spacious room. Quite. Buffet for dinner and breakfast. Close to Terminal. Good value for the money. The room was better than at Hilton Heathrow for half the price. |

Efficient staff at reception and in the dining room Instructions to find it were not clear on the Holiday Inn web page. Difficult to find. Bus H54 was full and crowded. |
