Jeg var kun på dette hotellet for å sove så jeg har ikke så mange erfaringer fra dette oppholdet. Fallet i dusjen var ikke av beste sort så det var kliss vått på hele badet,og til og med litt ut i rommet så dette er noe som kan forbedres. |

Rommet hadde utmerket standard. Overrasket over størrelsen og komforten Maten i restauranten var under en hver kritikk. Bestilte aubergine curry som var totalt smakløs samt en pizza som jeg aldri vil ha igjen |

Kom kl 0100 og dro kl 0700 så det ble ikke tid til annet en søvn egentlig. Virket for meg å være ett greit hotell å bruke i forbindelse med avgang tidlig dagen derpå fra Heathrow. Ingen forslag |

Very comfortable room. Staff was helpful with airline information. Easy access to terminal at Heathrow. Difficult access from highway. Not clear. With three Holiday Inns in the area, it took a very long time to find the right one. |

Nice, clean, spacious room. Quite. Buffet for dinner and breakfast. Close to Terminal. Good value for the money. The room was better than at Hilton Heathrow for half the price. |

Efficient staff at reception and in the dining room Instructions to find it were not clear on the Holiday Inn web page. Difficult to find. Bus H54 was full and crowded. |

enjoyed our bar meals which were delivered courteously and a good manner we had a bed sheets with small holes in one bed and no milk or coffee |

I had problem with the inflexibility regarding Check-in & Check-out time: I was on transit and arrived as early as 7am and i needed to check out same day 8pm. I could not check in earlier than the hotel checking hr even though i would have checked out same evening in 8hrs time. I believe there should be some flexibility regarding the check-in time for transit customers. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our kettle didn't work and they organised another one quickly, and they booked a taxi to the airport. The food available within the hotel wasn't particularly good. |

The bathroom flush was not working and when we tried to call the reception nobody answered and we were left with no flush in the bathroom. The reception service was very poor. Also the buffet served in the restaurant was stale and in poor taste. |

The room was on the ground floor and both the internal and external window locks were not functioning and the windows could be opened from the outside leading to a sense of insecurity. This issue not noted until early hours of the morning and led to an unsettled sleep. |
