Rommet hadde utmerket standard. Overrasket over størrelsen og komforten Maten i restauranten var under en hver kritikk. Bestilte aubergine curry som var totalt smakløs samt en pizza som jeg aldri vil ha igjen |

Kom kl 0100 og dro kl 0700 så det ble ikke tid til annet en søvn egentlig. Virket for meg å være ett greit hotell å bruke i forbindelse med avgang tidlig dagen derpå fra Heathrow. Ingen forslag |

The hotel was very good, clean and professionally run by hard working and dedicated staff... directions to rooms, too many small corridors and not enough enough.. windows. |

Location, barsnacks were good I thought that charging 20 pounds to watch tv was outrageous. I am not against you charging for films etc. but when people can't even get the news without paying a ridiculous amount of money. This is a airport hotel so guests may only staying a few hours. Breakfast was also very expensive |

I was pleased with the booking.com online price, especially when I saw the rack rates! The rooms were standard Holiday Inn, comfortable and clean. The one thing I noticed was the proliferation of Holiday Inn's near Heathrow and the confusion of both the bus services and bookings, while I was there at least two people arrived to be told they were at the wrong Holiday Inn!! |

Good sized room, 5 min from Heathrow Airport, comfy bed. Underground parking is available but you have to pay for it - plenty of outdoor parking (at your own risk). |

It was convenient to the Airport and the hotel was good value and very clean... it was a nice hotel for the money, would definitely recommend to others. The only thing that I did not like is that the staff did not tell me about the free bus outside the hotel that goes to the Airport. There is a free public bus that goes to the airport 24 hrs, we figured it out when we walked to McDonalds the second day. The first day we took the 20pd Taxi Service to the Airport, a real ripoff... |

Hotel staff did not seem overly friendly. We had booked 2 rooms - a family room and a double and when we checked in the desk person initially stated only 1 room had been booked. I stated that my confirmation showed 2 rooms. He whispered with another staff member, I presume to see if both rooms were available. When I asked if there was a problem, he said no and we eventually got keys to both of our rooms. Not that big of a deal, but our teenage boys were at one end of the hotel and we were at the other |

Close proximity to airport terminals Signage within the hotel was note easy to read. We got lost looking for our room and I overheard others say the same thing. The signs to the lifts were too light in the font colour and not easy to see. |

I asked to be woken up at 7am and no one ever called me. I barely made my plane. Shuttle to the airport, even though advertised as available, is really a regular bus that one needs to pay for and cannot be ordered from one's room. Staff unhelpful and incompetent. |

Tidy and clean Staff were not friendly at all. When I asked the room service for few things to bring up to the room, I had to ring them several times to get those things. |

pleasant room; good sound insulation at airport staff was very nice, but because they had only two front desk people, check in and out was a bit slow; hotel hoppa should be free (four pounds to get to/from airport is an unpleasant surprise |
