Hotel usytułowany blisko lotniska co pozwala na wygodne wykorzystanie go w przypadku tylko jednego noclegu, podczas przesiadki. Bardzo dobre, szybkie połaczenie autobusowe z lotniska oraz w godzinach wczesno rannych taksówkowe, ktore oferuje hotel za taką samą opłatą jak autobus. |

Czystość, położenie, posiłki. Personel. Zamówiłem wake up call - nie obudzono mnie. Podczas wymeldowywania się dopisano mi obcy rachunek z restauracji, z której nie korzystałem. |

Very comfortable room. Staff was helpful with airline information. Easy access to terminal at Heathrow. Difficult access from highway. Not clear. With three Holiday Inns in the area, it took a very long time to find the right one. |

Nice, clean, spacious room. Quite. Buffet for dinner and breakfast. Close to Terminal. Good value for the money. The room was better than at Hilton Heathrow for half the price. |

Efficient staff at reception and in the dining room Instructions to find it were not clear on the Holiday Inn web page. Difficult to find. Bus H54 was full and crowded. |

I had problem with the inflexibility regarding Check-in & Check-out time: I was on transit and arrived as early as 7am and i needed to check out same day 8pm. I could not check in earlier than the hotel checking hr even though i would have checked out same evening in 8hrs time. I believe there should be some flexibility regarding the check-in time for transit customers. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our kettle didn't work and they organised another one quickly, and they booked a taxi to the airport. The food available within the hotel wasn't particularly good. |

The bathroom flush was not working and when we tried to call the reception nobody answered and we were left with no flush in the bathroom. The reception service was very poor. Also the buffet served in the restaurant was stale and in poor taste. |

The room was on the ground floor and both the internal and external window locks were not functioning and the windows could be opened from the outside leading to a sense of insecurity. This issue not noted until early hours of the morning and led to an unsettled sleep. |
