Personel. Zamówiłem wake up call - nie obudzono mnie. Podczas wymeldowywania się dopisano mi obcy rachunek z restauracji, z której nie korzystałem.

Confort. Clean.

The cleaning lady came knocking on the door at 8.30 and the Parking too expensive

comfortable for staying one night. breakfast good and service good.

It's a passing by hotel without any charme usefull for late arrrivals or early flights from the nearby airport.

The cleanliness of the room. The staff were helpfull and willing to answer most questions, however some were hard of english speaking.

Nice, clean, spacious twin room. Adequate restaurant. Efficient alarm call service and the taxi we ordered was at the door at the right time.

That Hertz car rental shuttle, after I had dropped off the car, allowed me to alight within walking distance of the hotel. Dinner in the evening was excellent.

Findings the hotel was a nightmare. Being charged £10 for parking the rental car for less than 30 minutes (time to register and take luggage to room) was refunded but only after lengthy explanation and argument. Information on checking in, which should have been given, was not. Staff need training. Location and access to hotel shows lack of understanding of the service necessary for the traveler. There are many more hotels in the area and this one will not see me again.

Very comfortable room. Staff was helpful with airline information. Easy access to terminal at Heathrow.

Difficult access from highway. Not clear. With three Holiday Inns in the area, it took a very long time to find the right one.

Nice, clean, spacious room. Quite. Buffet for dinner and breakfast. Close to Terminal. Good value for the money. The room was better than at Hilton Heathrow for half the price.

Instructions to find it were not clear on the Holiday Inn web page. Difficult to find. Bus H54 was full and crowded.

Very nice hotel at a great price.

I had problem with the inflexibility regarding Check-in & Check-out time: I was on transit and arrived as early as 7am and i needed to check out same day 8pm. I could not check in earlier than the hotel checking hr even though i would have checked out same evening in 8hrs time. I believe there should be some flexibility regarding the check-in time for transit customers.
