We had an overnight stay at Heathrow and the Holiday Inn Heathrow was a good choice for us. The room was fine. The hotel restaurant was convenient.

The facilities were modern and clean. The buffet was not appealing and overpriced. The food had dried out and was limited. The taste was poor to average. There were no alternatives to the buffet. The room price was very misleading. Computer access was an extra cost as were other convience items.

We were made to feel valued and welcome as soon as we walked in the door. The young receptionist, Jericho was very helpful, friendly and cheerful. The room was in excellent condition,, clean and attractive. Pillows were very good and that is not always the case at hotels. The restaurant service and food were great and and the services offered such as the bus shuttle to Heathrow Airport was very much appreciated.

Very close to Terminal 5. Good restaurant at reasonable prices. Executive taxis available that are only slightly more than the bus for 2 people. Lift was rather small

We were impressed with the ease of check-in and the friendliness of the staff. Jericho was the best! The shuttle service was unreliable and when we asked one of the driver about the shuttle which we were waiting for (it was running later) he informed us that the lateness of the shuttle was not his problem. How rude.. But this should not have any bearing on the hotel itself.

A nice overnight rest before flying back to Richmond, VA at the end of a great river cruise in Germany We should have taken a taxi from Heathrow Airport, instead of public transportation. This is a comment about our poor judgement, and has nothing to do with the hotel.

I appreciated that I was upgraded to an executive suite -- that was a nice way to end a long trip. Also, I appreciated the assistance with securing a taxi to the airport. I was disappointed that the wake-up call I requested didn't happen.

No words above fit... Best is "travel necessary' Very inconvenient for travel to lhr terminals. Purchase of shuttle bus for 4l each was too much and the trip took 30minutes. Private Taxi offered was 4x more expensive. I will not use this Hotel again until they change the shuttle service.

Location for a morning flight and room quality The room rate was fine but there should be a warning about the cost of anything else cup of tea £3.50 four sandwiches and t coffe was over £50 a £9.90 odd gratuity was added to the bill in short dinner bed and breakfast for £250!!

We are travellers from Western Canada and when we holiday in Europe we also visit relatives and friends in Devon and Cornwall. We find that it is convenient to book a one night stay at this hotel. It is handy to rental car offices also to the airport and is quiet and comfortable.

Its proximity to the airport was very welcome. The staff was attentive and pleasant to deal with. It would have been nice if there was complimentary internet in the rooms rather than limited free wifi in the lobby.

Location No water coming out of taps in bathroom sink. Told front desk twice, said they would send somebody to look at problem, nobody was sent. Called for a third time around 1700 told maintainence people had left. Noisy during the day as they were breaking up tile in room above.

Good location close to Heathrow. Room was good value for money.free buses are 105 111 etc make sure you get Holiday inn bath road 2nd stop on the bus. You use u3 to go back from the same bus stop. Free bus is 2 minutes walk so no point paying £4.50 each way for the shuttle.
