Останавливался в отеле только на одну ночь. А улетал на следующий день утром. Поэтому хотелось остановиться недалеко от аэропорта.Подходящая гостиница для моих обстоятельств. Больше информации как добраться из аэропорта до отеля и обратно. |

Бюджетный вариант для ночевки рядом с аэропортом Хитроу. На особый комфорт, читстоту и изысканность не рассчитывайте. Планировка коридоров, расроложение номеров очень запутанная. Звукоизоляция слабая. Качество уборки в номерах - так себе. В санузле "розами" не пахнет. |

Good sized room, 5 min from Heathrow Airport, comfy bed. Underground parking is available but you have to pay for it - plenty of outdoor parking (at your own risk). |

It was convenient to the Airport and the hotel was good value and very clean... it was a nice hotel for the money, would definitely recommend to others. The only thing that I did not like is that the staff did not tell me about the free bus outside the hotel that goes to the Airport. There is a free public bus that goes to the airport 24 hrs, we figured it out when we walked to McDonalds the second day. The first day we took the 20pd Taxi Service to the Airport, a real ripoff... |

Hotel staff did not seem overly friendly. We had booked 2 rooms - a family room and a double and when we checked in the desk person initially stated only 1 room had been booked. I stated that my confirmation showed 2 rooms. He whispered with another staff member, I presume to see if both rooms were available. When I asked if there was a problem, he said no and we eventually got keys to both of our rooms. Not that big of a deal, but our teenage boys were at one end of the hotel and we were at the other |

Close proximity to airport terminals Signage within the hotel was note easy to read. We got lost looking for our room and I overheard others say the same thing. The signs to the lifts were too light in the font colour and not easy to see. |

I asked to be woken up at 7am and no one ever called me. I barely made my plane. Shuttle to the airport, even though advertised as available, is really a regular bus that one needs to pay for and cannot be ordered from one's room. Staff unhelpful and incompetent. |

Tidy and clean Staff were not friendly at all. When I asked the room service for few things to bring up to the room, I had to ring them several times to get those things. |

pleasant room; good sound insulation at airport staff was very nice, but because they had only two front desk people, check in and out was a bit slow; hotel hoppa should be free (four pounds to get to/from airport is an unpleasant surprise |

Close to airport - restaurants on site - good shuttle bus service Hot Indian food on buffet should have been labelled as we do not eat hot (spicy) food - unfortunately we didn't know till too late - my husband was sick |

Excellent location and good price for a Sunnday night Holiday inns normally give you an inclusive Continental Breakfast but not this one they charge £17.50 for a Buffet Breakfast not surprisingly the Restraunt was almost empty. |

Everything was very satisfactory. Liked the selection of pillows. Being able to use the TV screen for the internet is a great convenience. Unfortunately there was a problem with it when I was there. An enjoyable stay and very convenient for Heathrow. Found it difficult to find. Actually went to the wrong Holiday Inn first only to find I was at the wrong Hotel. Fire doors rather a probelm with luggage. Automatic doors would be a great help. |

Meal available in bar at late hour (12:30 am). Prompt wake-up call. Good cab service to airport terminal for early am check-in. Reasonable rate. Quiet and comfortable room. |
