Easy access to destinations via A2 Hotel guests being charged for parking. Outrageous! Having to validate entry ticket for exit barrier, every time I left the hotel and then having to wait at desk just for this if receptionist is busy or not there. |

Although we had booked a family room, the hotel only had record of a double room but staff changed it without problem I had to pay a £90 deposit in cash as my husband was not with me when I checked in (it was booked on his credit card). When we checked out, there was no record of this cash deposit and we had to argue to get it back. |

Despite being on a major road junction it was very quiet. The room was good and very comfortable We may have had breakfast but £13.95 is very steep and for Hazel & myself would be nearly £28; considerably over priced. |

when I arrived. I was not booked in. I had a copy of my confirmation but they informed me the Hotel was fully booked. I booked a twin room, my guest slept on the sofa bed!! |
