Holiday Inn London Brentford Lock  

Really nice bed, and excellent bathroom, with good quality products. Tv has good interaction functions to explain the hotel facilites and services, wake up call, and more. Neighborhood has everything you need in terms of restaurants/pubs/general services.

It´s really far from Metro and Train stations. You can take a bus to get there, but it´s also not that practical and worthy. Hotel has free internet on the lobby, but you have to pay to use it on the room, which was really lame. Breakfast is a little bit expensive, so we had a great English breakfast just a few steps away.

1St floor executive rooms have a small balcony and a lovely view over the Lock. Hotel was surprisingly quiet. Staff were helpful and polite and the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was enormous (if expensive).

Mini-bar prices are very high.

Proximity to where my daughter lives and to shopping centres. Easy access to buses and trains. Rooms comfortable and quiet and warm. Staff friendly. Coffee etc., in rooms. Hairdryer in room. Bathroom facilities.

The Staff were very friendly and helpful and were a credit to the Hotel Group. Sorry couldn't say the same about some of my fellow English guests whose language was appalling whilst in public areas

In sufficient parking due to function on at Hotel was unable to park at Hotel, considered returning home and returning next day. Web site states ample parking should be re stated as Limited Parking Available

Room was a little warm even with ac. Could do with a better equipped Gym.

Lovely spacious clean room with choice of pillows, helpful and friendly staff, and a good night's sleep.

Room could have been just slightly bigger, breakfast overprice. Didn't have a restaurant it closed down.

From the location we were able to access buses into London for our planned trips, we enjoyed the view of the lock and the regeneration which enabled us to walk around the surrounding pathways.The staff excelled to please us and give advice to set us on our trips.Making it a trip to remember.

The bed was really uncomfortable. The £12 parking charge was excessive.

Convenient for visiting our family in Chiswick. Very comfortable, room newly re-carpeted and decorated - we will use it again.

The hotel was quiet with welcoming staff and ideal for a weekend break in London.

The rooms were functional and clean. The breakfast was on special offer which made it more affordable and the quantity was excellent. This was good for us rather than visit the local cafe. The front desk staff were excellent and very helpful

The location was further from the city centre than we expected but local transport between the local tube station was effective. The room service staff were not too helpful and many could not speak any english which made requests useless.

The staff were very helpful. Excellent, clean accomodation and easy access to railway station.
