Ease of location for our venue

Supper on Friday evening was very cold when served - slow service and it was only 8.30 in the evening.

Fantastic hotel not far from railway to get into London. Spotless rooms staff friendly.

Car parking charges are abit steep at £12 day or £1 hr for extra time u want to stay if u want to pop into london for few hrs after u check out.

The Staff were very friendly and helpful and were a credit to the Hotel Group. Sorry couldn't say the same about some of my fellow English guests whose language was appalling whilst in public areas

In sufficient parking due to function on at Hotel was unable to park at Hotel, considered returning home and returning next day. Web site states ample parking should be re stated as Limited Parking Available

Suited my purpose. Staff helpful. Clean. Easy parking. I would stay again

Room was a little warm even with ac. Could do with a better equipped Gym.

The room was fantastic, they upgraded me to an executive room and it had its own terrace facing the canal.

The reception was a mess when I checked in. The person did not have the situation under control and I was serviced after a few persons that had come later. I went to London to see a gig in Hammersmith, that is near the hotel, just 10 min by car. But if you want to visit London it must be a long way to the City centre. It is near Heathrow Airport, so the airplanes can wake you up if you've got a light sleep.

Bedrooms are far too hot or noisy if window left open and fan left on Internet access way too expensive

Clean, practical, good position.

Unusually complicated system for their under-hotel parking with new card from reception every time you needed to get out.... And that cost £12 per day.

The hotel was quiet with welcoming staff and ideal for a weekend break in London.

The rooms were functional and clean. The breakfast was on special offer which made it more affordable and the quantity was excellent. This was good for us rather than visit the local cafe. The front desk staff were excellent and very helpful

The location was further from the city centre than we expected but local transport between the local tube station was effective. The room service staff were not too helpful and many could not speak any english which made requests useless.

The staff were very helpful. Excellent, clean accomodation and easy access to railway station.

Pleasant staff, good room

Car park charges (12 pounds per car overnight). 4 pounds per day charge for wireless access in room, (Free access available in bar area, but this was not discovered until we were checking out!) Breakfast charge 13.95 per head (Pre booked breakfast charge possible at 11.25 per head, but not advised until check-in).
