Clenliness of room and size as well

While I was in hotel there was Indian wedding I think. It did not bother me but, whel they returnd I could hear guests in room next door.

the room was spacious and clean

due to I want go city center, it was very far away from city center and the transportation was terrible. But I think in general the hotel is ok.

Its convenient location, close to M4 and where we wanted to go

Lack of leisure facilities, particularly a swimming pool

Everyone friendly especially the retaurant staff who went out of their way to be pleasant

the fact that people were allowed to take food out of restaurant for future meals, one family filled a carrier bag with fruit, this is not on and notices should be displayed to this effect

The quality of accomodation was excellent. The bathroom facilities were clean and in good working order, with every necessity for a comfortable stay. Good sized room with great amenities.

There is never sufficient tea and coffee in hotels generally and this was no exception.

Parking problematic- had to wait for a space to be vacated-and you had to pay!!

Good value for money (£59 double room)...this actually meant 2 double beds for us...maybe we were lucky. Situation of hotel on Brentford lock v.pleasant and interesting...walked along canal for 15 mins. Further than we thought to walk to Kew gardens but we could have got a bus. Good coffe/breakfast places and pizza restaurant just outside, by the lock...much cheaper than their breakfast.

Pretty grim outlook onto back yards/carparks etc...but didn't expect view of the water for the money.

We found the staff very helpfull and polite. The food especially the curry night on the friday was excellent.

We had an up grade to an Executive room, which was right above the function rooms below. On Friday night the disco was very loud, and went on until 01:00hrs. We also had trouble with the guests next door, and security were called. Again on the next night there was a function, which again was noisy, and went on until midnight. I would not recomend the Executive rooms for a goon night's sleep.

This is a quite modern Holiday Inn and was very clean and comfortable. The room was a decent size, and the food available of a good standard. Excellent value for money!!

There was sufficient parking, but everyday there seemed to be a problem with barrier system.
