The Air conditioning System ,when On was noisy at night..
Location Efficient Staff Comfortable room and bed Breakfast
Great views of canal, Exec room was lovely and spacious with balcony, very clean, great breakfast, staff very helpful. Loved it! The bus to Barton Manor stops outside, then 30 mins on Tube to Waterloo.
Paid approx £135 per night B&B for one room which was ok, but then £12 parking on top. Would not want to pay much more than that per night. Only one train per hour from Brentwood on Sundays, but bus service is good.
Very happy with stay. Would use hotel again. Food a bit pricey, but breakfast very good, lots of choice. Very clean, staff great. Planes not too bad as on flight path for Heathrow. Our room was above function room which I as bearable. Unexpectedly there was plenty of wildlife to view on the lock.
No really anything to dislike.
Staff were excellent and the hotel was very clean.
Unsure but there was a constant humming noise I could hear whilst trying to sleep
Rooms were good quality, ambiance of hotel good.
cost of breakfast.
The canal king room with huge outdoor space Chicken Kiev was outstanding! Small Starbucks within hotel Convenient affordable underground parking
Quite noisy due to main road & flight path, so bring your ear plugs

loud droning noise in room until after midnight
My friend and I only stayed one night but were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The hotel was fresh and clean. The breakfast was very good, inc the porridge that was freshly made for my friend. We also had dinner in the evening which was also excellent. We would definitely stay there again.
Parking, should not be a charge !!
Spacious family room with two double beds - we usually opt for two singles. All on a special deal which made for good VFM.
It may sound petty but we both considered that the bath towels and pillow cases smelt of cooking oil or fat. We would advise that management take a careful look at where it is all laundered and stored as that is likely to be the source of contamination.
Good modern facilities in a location handy for lots of leisure and commercial facilities
Dining room could be better if set apart from bar and game/TV area
Wow what can I say. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless . My room was superb warm and clean and very inviting. 10 out of 10.
Customer services were excellent at reception and during breakfast. Nice stay with no complaints.
Very soft bed. Though it is a personal preference.
situation, staff helpful, very good rooms
breakfast was cold
We had a fantastic weekend in a lovely hotel I highly reccomend the room with balcony, also breakfast was very good...
Very nice hotel, perfectly located for the town and access to Syon Park
Every interaction with the reception desk was painful and longwinded. Having booked two rooms for differing lengths seemed to cause untold levels of confusion.
Friendly welcome. Lovely clean room and large twin beds.
Slow service in the restaurant in the evening
Lobby and bar area very user friendly. Busses run from outside hotel making easy access to London.
Bed too soft Cued for breakfast table both mornings, not enough tables. Wifi free only in lobby area, then far too expensive to purchase for use in bedroom.
The hotel was in a great location for us as we were driving. It was also overlooking a pretty part of the regenerated lock. The room was standard but was of a good size and was clean and modern looking. The bed was comfortable.
The only let down was the breakfast on the Sunday morning. The food was fine but there seemed to be a total lack of management and customers were having to wait ages for greetings/seating, their coffee / tea serving and at two occasions the hot counter run out of plates. It certainly wasn't an issue of being overrun as there was barely a queue...it was just poor management which could have been partly resolved by a greeting station at the entrance and staff being given clear accountabilities. Such a shame end of our stay for an otherwise great hotel.
The location was superb, next to a canal, it had its own balcony, superb service and the tranquillity, yet only 7 miles from Hyde Park, staff were so attentive, cannot recommend enough, thank you
that we had to leave!!
The bed was amazing, bathroom was gorgeous and the views were incredible. Pay the extra and go executive.
A horrible deep humming noise. At first we thought it was the planes however you can't actually hear them unless you're on the balcony. The noise was a generator we believe.
Too expensive car parking
Great Location for us Food Was good Breakfast great choice and hot
The Matresses on the Bed are old tired and very very uncomfortable
