Quiet and easy check out. Also it was the first pick up on the airport shuttel hense an empty bus! |

The fact that it had a full bar downstairs and a gym the pkg lot was very full....there were far too many grass verges that really could be used for pkg instead |

the addition of parking facilities whilst we were on holiday on arrival the weather was awful, the main reception area and bar areas were extremely coldd, on such a bad day some heating would have been nice. We were meeting friends for dinner and by the time the restaurant opened we were frozen, the restaurant also wasn't terribly warm. |

Not alot THe labelling of the Holiday Inns in Heathrow meant that I went to Holiday Inn, Sipson.... instead of my hotel. I picked up a taxi after being told this happens often, but the hotel cannot be renamed due to franchise rules. I complained and awaiting the Chairmans office to call me. The room was not my chosen & paid for room, plus I was given a 2x7am wake up calls in addition to my requested 8.15am |

Tried to tell me I had to pay a fee of 50 pounds for canceling a room even though it was only 1 PM and well before the 4 PM deadline. I had already called in advance from Dover as well. The staff with some exceptions. |
