comfort, delicious breakfast especially the pancake machine, good staff and excellent swimming pool
No free Wifi
Really comfy bed. Good sized well thought out room. Food good.
Told to share milk with adjacent table at breakfast! No interest in chasing up a taxi booked by hotel which was late.
Awesome stay! Thank you! My husband enjoyed his Valentines surprise of a nice evening and morning spent in you're hotel enjoying facilities! Also the lady at reception(unfortunately can't remember name) was really helpful and gave me two little bags of heart chocolates to give the surprise that extra touch! Very happy stay!
Bed very comfy and a good nights sleep is everything. Also good health facilities
Very warm welcome and breakfast was lovely. Lovely lounge area!
The bed was a bit too soft but the room was otherwise excellent!
Spacious room Comfortable bed Breakfast - excellent buffet
Fairly pricey but probably understandable due to location
Everything except these items .......>
Breakfast chaotic. Meusli poor quality. WiFi complicated. No BBC4 on TV - how dumb!!!
thoroughly enjoyed our three day stay leisure facilities. excellent breakfast with attentive staff room comfort quiet
would have liked dinner one night with our family as guests but seemed expensive.
The real fire in reception.
Easy check I with chocolates provided for grandchildren . Although not resident the children much enjoyed the pool.
Breakfast was extra and expensive so we didn't have it. Had to cut short our stay by one night duetofamily illess. Asked for refund but none given as we had paid in advance.
the staff were amazing and I found the rooms very spacious, clean and comfy. Would stay again and recommend to friends
there was no lift so if you have a massive heavy suitcase or a slight disability make sure you ask for ground floor room.
Friendliness and helpfulness of staff from the moment we arrived to the early check out getting sandwiches for the journey as we had to leave before breakfast. A great hotel team making the customer experience a very enjoyable and relaxed one. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others
Facilities were good. Bar, restaurant and lobby well presented decor/style. Good breakfast. Staff helpful and friendly.
Some blood evident on curtain in room. Bathroom could be better, functional but needs some attention sealants, limescale on taps and plug lost its chrome cover..
Temperature too cold at night and no extra blankets No lift
Excellent Breakfast. Lovely open fire in entrance. Very friendly helpful staff.
Greeted at reception by Helen who was tremendous, who explained everything, asked us if we wanted help with our baggage and where the bar and restaurant was. Room and bathroom spotlessly clean, breakfast was very good too and again all the staff were most helpful.
No complaints really exept that the coffee was cold,i wanted hot copffee this was served directly from the machine in the kitchen and that was good too.
lack of lighting in room.
How cheerful all the staff were, especially on greeting us, smiley staff who cleaned the rooms ( very well
This is only a small observation , bathroom fittings etc look a little tired.
Could do with know what bleach is for in the bathrooms..
Staff are very accommodating
I thought the Hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful, the room I was eventually given was large and comfortable, I would definitely stay again, if my needs were met.
The Hotel does not have a lift and at first I was given a 2nd floor room, but when the staff saw I used a walking stick they gave my daughter and I a ground floor room, but a lift would have meant I could be near the rest of my family
We liked the room and its facilities, the breakfasts, the dinner and the restaurant service. There was plenty of parking and the hotel is easy to find and very convenient for major roads in Kent. We hope to stay again.
The air conditioning int public areas and the restaurant was too cold and after someone complained it was turned off in the restaurant. The restaurant seats need some new upholstery as one sinks to much when sitting on them.
Lovely welcome by friendly staff. Nice rooms. Delicious food.
Stop trucks and cars parking at your entrance as it is very dangerous exiting towards the motorways. No kentish ale in the bar!!!!
Noisy at night as many wedding guests going to bed in the early hours. Perhaps a good idea would be to locate them all together so they don't wake up other guests.
