The willingness of staff to help and their very prompt notice of when they thought we might have needed any assistance. The best I have met in an English hotel The final billing the breakdown was not very comprehensive about the restaurant bill and that it was printed off and produced after I had paid so it might have been hard to argue. |

location, nothing else dust and hair in room, old decor, old furniture, not luxurious at all, very basic in fact, no drinking water, cold breakfast on room service order. |

Gemakkelijk bereikbaar want vlak bij autostrade . Het is een ideaal hotel voor zakelijke afspraken of om bij een late aankomst op adem te komen;in het zwembad, bar of lounge ruimte. Het heeft ook een goed restaurant. Goed ontbijt. Hoewel de kamer in orde was ,waren er enkele mankementen: een broekpers die gedeeltelijk van de muur hing, het warmwater was moeilijk te regelen. |

Je krijgt precies waar je voor betaald hebt. Prima dus. Gehorige familiekamers, gescheiden door een deur met andere kamer. Je hoort je buren zuchten en kuchen (en snurken) |

nous avons mis près de 2 heures pour trouver l'hôtel depuis Sevenoaks: en effet, l'Holliday Inn se trouve après Borough Green, soit près de 20kms. De plus nous avons galérer pour trouver quelqu'un qui connaissait cet hôtel! Nous avons appeler la réception depuis le centre de Borough green, mais la standardiste n'a pas su nous indiquer la route. Notre fils a pourtant un bon niveau d'anglais. |
