Location is excellent, easy access to Newcastle and Cramlington. The Hotel offered all the services i required. No News papers. the room was good but the heating/airco looked new but was very noisy... |

The hotel was clean the staff were friendly, whilst we were only their for one night we would certainly stay at this hotel again. Only issue was the hotel is a little remote. |

I stayed for the Great North Run, staff were superb. Excellent pasta buffet on the Saturday night. Very well organised taxi facility arranged for the race start. Staff very friendly and helpful. I will book again. |
