Staff were very helpful, good local knowledge and tried to be supportive.

Noise from room next door - reported to reception at 2.55am, after it had been going on for 45mins, it took a further 30 mins for them to be quiet - ruining mine and my 11yr old sons sleep.

the hotel looks like it is stuck in the 70's is in dia need of updating. out of date everything, plus my breakfast was greasy.

Excellent room for my self and my wife who uses a wheelchair. Staff very helpful

There is need for more blue badge parking near front door. Taps in bath could not be turned completely off and spoilt relaxing bath.

There was a lack of staff on duty, particularly in the bar area. A poorly filled vending machine provided the only available snacks. A packet of maltesers and the choice of a few drinks.

Although the swimming pool was fairly small the whole area was very clean and we were fortunate that it was not very busy

The hotel was clean and tidy but looking a bit tired The buffet was good value

Newly refurbished bedrooms are well designed, clean and comfortable. Thhe bar area and lounge is a fabulous throwback to the 70's.......almost perfect. Please don't update it. It should be listed as a heritage site!! Classic CRossroads Motel!!

Only complaint was the breakfast which wasn't great. The hot bufffet was luke-warm and not well cooked. Fairly minor complaint though as otherwise it was a nice experience.

Great Stay at the Hotel, Some reviews are unjust, can say everything was great, good food, great staff who can't do enough for you,Room great, good nights sleep, what more do you want for the cost, I stayed at Celtic Manor the next night, 5 Star Hotel, and to us the food and room was on par with Celtic manor,except CM charge you three times the price. We are arangeing another trip to Holiday Inn again soon, Great value for Money !!.

I can honestly say there was nothing we didn't like.

Hygiene is ver te zoeken in het hotel !! echt smerig. WC niet schoon bij aankomst, bloed vlekken in de lakens van het bed !! WC is na de derde nacht van verblijf nog niet schoon gemaakt. Bed verschoont na bellen. Klacht bij receptie aangegeven waar verder daar niets mee gedaan is en er is ook niemand naar mij toegekomen van Management

Sehr kurzer Aufenthalt. Ich kam spät in der Nacht (2 a.m.). Lage direkt an der Autobahnabfahrt, so dass ich es auf den ersten Blick verpasst hatte. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich. Zimmer und Bad sauber, bequemes Bett, frische Luft durch Lage im Grünen. Großes leckeres Frühstücksbuffett.

Gostei do ambiente calmo, do pequeno almoço e dos funcionários que estavam no pequeno almoço.

Quarto com aquecimento avariado, tive de reclamar duas vezes e puseram- me um thermoventilador. Houve um casamento e vi copos dois dias seguidos no corredor!!

We stayed in an exceutive room-paceful, quiet overlooking lawned area of hotel grounds. Room facilities were very good
