The reception area is tatty and tired and corridors and room were dated and dowdy with a depressing fusty smell. Flat screen tv? Forget it. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly, unfortunately the quality of food let that down. The receptionist was not particularly friendly. We were promised fruit juice and chocolate, none of which were provided, even when we asked agian at reception. The room was cold, very cold, and the heating did not work.
