Every one friendly and great location for getting into Norwich as at the side of park and ride into town. Food good in restaurant. |

Very convenient for airport (dropped of relative). Beds were very confortable (much better than most places we have stayed). Restaurant menu for diner needs to be enhanced - choice too limited! |

The hotel was relatively easy to find as it's by the airport. As I had an early start the morning of checkout (up at 4am) I asked for a quiet room. To be fair no hotel has ever got this right. The hotel only seems to look at the geography of the room and not the occupants of adjacent rooms and I had a crying baby opposite and a child in the room next door so it wasn't a quiet room. I found a dirty flannel in the bath along with hairs and almost no milk for making tea. |

Even though this hotel is located next to Norwich airport, it was within a 5min drive to the city centre. The rooms were good for a 3* hotel, and the buffet breakfast was superb. If you are having drinks after 11pm you have to pay via your room or have a debit/credit card. Also if you have booked room only, breakfast is a mouth watering £14.95 per person. |

La disponibilité du personnel Comme tout est écrit en anglais, j'ai mis une demi-heure avant de pouvoir mettre en route le chauffage et il faisait froid ce jour-là |
